There is a first wave of the program, after that, students go on to leadership. There's a price change and additional classes students can attend. My son has absolutely loved the additional classes, known as leadership (nunchucks, swords, sparring and more). Being part of leadership also means students can get gold or silver stars for good grades, and they can track volunteer work. It's been a great investment and experience overall. The discipline, structure, and confidence my son has demonstrated as a Ripple Effect student has been wonderful!
