The appointment was confirmed via email and text, and I received many reminders about the appointment. I confirmed it online and signed up for their patient portal. I then show up for my appointment, and the front desk receptionist notified me that they "had no record of the appointment." I showed them the appointment reminders and patient portal they sent me via email (one day prior) and their only response was "we're not taking new patients". She could not answer any questions regarding the appointment that they scheduled for me, only that I am not in their system. She the began aggressively talking to me about the appointment not being in their system, and refused to attempt to reconcile their error or try to fix their clear mistake. As I continued questioning why no one notified me if my appointment was cancelled, she began getting loud and kept using the phrase "were not taking new patients" I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and poor behavior experienced at Lifestream. I requested to speak with the doctor regarding this error, and she said it would not be possible.
