I've been buying vapes from this business since they opened up in Wahiawa. Their service then was great. Anything that went wrong even after leaving and coming back to the store, they took care of issues with the items. The value of the vapes now have risen than what it was, and service managers are not understanding and empathetic. They literally just want you to buy another. I just wasted 27 dollars on a vape, and they advised to buy another. The manufacturers are the ones who are at fault. What!? Don't they know to gather all defaults and send them back to get replacements or credits? What a joke, I ain't going back and I will definitely share this with others. But the lady working today had a major attitude, speaking with an attitude, snapping at us, and slamming the glass door open and shut when we were asking about gummies. We asked her how much the container costs, she told us $29.99. It was actually $40 at checkout. My biggest problem, we got the Sumo half baked sour'd gummies. We asked her how many MG was in each gummy. She told us 10. I get home and read the bottle and it's 420 mg per gummy, 10,000 per bottle. So not only did she not know the information, she told me the wrong amount which could cause a big problem for someone if they don't look at the container themselves first. read more

Not lucky, but walked in to the same Female Supervisor who noticed me when I walked in and chose to look down and chose to do paper work and nobody else said welcome. I Had to purchase a Battery (Sold Separately - wasn't told) for a New RPM S Pro Kit that I purchased earlier in the morning, typically the friendly staff works days. Again, when I asked the other 2 female sales for the Battery for the RPM they didn't know and I had to explain what I needed. Ya this place is mad weird.. DONT COME HERE!!!! Not only does it have an awful smell like water or mold has been sitting in there for weeks, but they have dud vapes. My sister and I have gone there about 4 times already, and this last time she ended up getting a dud. Meaning it wasn't turning on. If it's not turning on, it's probably OLD. Not drained. It didn't turn on so we walked it back up, and the woman said they needed to charge it in order for it to work and it would take about 15 minutes of waiting, unfortunately we had somewhere to be but we waited since there is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. We asked if it turns on and charges, do we have to go home and charge it more? And the answer was yes. She was just charging it for it to turn on to prove to us "it still works" My question is. Why are we going to pay full price for a brand new vape only to have to charge it to its full battery when we get home? 46$+ for two smokers, and we couldn't just swap one out. I've been a loyal customer of this store and would recommend it to my friends for years. However, twice now I've purchased a defective vape and when I quickly returned, they were not flexible with me at all about replacing. This last time (1/15 at 11:00am-ish) I tested it inside the store, but as soon as I drove off it stopped working. Given that I clearly just bought it a couple minutes before, I hoped they would kindly replace it with a different one, (or at least offer a fair alternative). This was not the case. While I understand this policy aims to avoid people switching them out for free ones, there's also room for case by case discernment. The lady that helped me was very sweet and seemed to base her responses off of the other (younger) worker's cues (shaking her head when she thought I wasn't looking). The (younger) worker on the other hand, was pretty cold and condescending. She barely bothered to look at me when I asked about it further, even though she was clearly the one making the call. What's most disappointing is, when I came in to ask about this, I had no intention or desire to "make trouble", as I understand everyone is just trying to do their job -- it seemed reasonable to politely inquire about a replacement, especially if I was in there only a couple minutes before (at most). Despite this, as I walked out, the (younger) worker sarcastically shouted "have a nice day", totally unwarranted, as if I did something wrong -- very offensive and rude. Despite disagreeing, I would have probably let it go if they simply told me they can't per their policy (understanding that they may not be the owners). But after this exchange, I felt it was worthwhile to share my experience and encourage others to take their business elsewhere. Hopefully they choose to make the necessary adjustments to encourage loyal customers to continue returning. Until then, I will not be coming back and will encourage my friends to do the same. There's many - more personable vape shops out there that have equal or often better prices. The rude lady at the counter might say (or think) something along the lines of "who cares", but I imagine (or would hope) the owner does care - I can assure you that encounters like this have a lasting impact. read more

Love this company, but this location is the worst in terms of service. I mainly go in the evening and the workers they assign that shift must hate their lives. just had one girl not even acknowledge anyone who came in, asked me what i wanted with her back turned to me, had attitude with other customers when they weren't immediately ready. A complete lack of respect. I don't expect much but at least look at me when I'm trying to buy something from you. To top it all off, when it came time to pay I opted to use Apple Pay. Before I could even get my card pulled up on my phone she thrusted the POS at me causing it to charge a different card. Thankfully I don't use that anymore so it declined, but it would've been a way more stressful experience if I had to get a refund and purchase again. DONT GO HERE! I went there this past week - my second visit there. The customer service is terrible. The entire interaction from the time I walked in until the time I left was weird. The two women behind the counter acted as if they were being bothered when I was looking to purchase a disposable vape. When I handed over my card to pay and it was placed back on the counter so quickly (as if she was doing anything possible to not hand me back the card). I understand not wanting to touch hands but she did it abnormally fast as if my intent was to try to touch hands with her. I greeted both of them and even said have a nice day when I left. This was a terrible experience. I purchased a vape from this store that was clearly defective. Two hours after I bought it, the vape started to smoke. I don't blame that on the vape shop. What I do blame the vape shop for is not taking it back. I brought it back the next day they plugged it in and it started smoking. They have a no return no refund policy. To add insult to injury, I did use points to purchase this vape. They wouldn't even refund my points back. They would sell me another one at full price. This is bad policy. Sucks that after spending like over 3k here coming since last year, I can't switch out vapes when they don't work or have no taste like if I was trynna scam a place I wouldn't spend so much here.
