Went in for the first time a few weeks ago. They got an alright amount of products for sale, but they are all essentially the same style. Over the top Perc, diffusers, ash catchers on every piece. Salesman was nice, but he presents products to be of higher quality than they are. For example, I bought a bottle of resonate to clean my bong with for $20! He told me it's super strong and just to use 1 drop because it's THAT POWERFUL. That was a lie. While it does help, I'm basically halfway done with the bottle after using it about 10 times. I'm glad I didn't spend my money on a bong with 3 different diffusers that he said would be an easy clean as well. TLDR: Don't over hype the quality of your products if the results don't match. read more

I told my guy a couple days ago I wanted to have an adult excursion. My plan was to hit up smoke shops outside of my norm and see what else is out there! Unfortunately, I just couldn't get out of the house at a decent hour. Most of the shops were closing or already closed by the time we got into town. Luckily this one is open a bit later. GPS did well leading the way. Parking looks like its supposed to be paid, but there were no attendants working. Gates were up and we weren't staying long. There's a sign by the stairs that points you in the right direction. There's hand sanitizer going through the hall and a sign on their door. They allow just 2 customers in at a time as the space is small. The one worker did well making sure to let customers know that they needed to wait their turn. But still, social distancing is not easy here. I'm pretty simple... Papers, pipes, and bongs are my go-to's. Just taking a glance at things, it just wasn't my style. Smoking apparatus have definitely advanced over the years and I'm not there, yet. Don't know if I ever will be lol. They do have air tight containers & grinders. But nothing cute, for girls... I love pipeline smoke shop. They've been apart of my life for many many years and they never disappoint. I've been to both locations and always excellent service with superb deals. Right now because its the "holidays" they have 75% off glass if you donate $1 or bring in a canned good! Such good deals. So I decided to head into Waikiki after reading the reviews for smoke shops. Earlier in the day I picked up some medicine from Noa Botanicals and wanted to pick up a new piece (percolator). I made my decision and headed downtown to Smokey's. Reviews of Smokey's said they had a nice selection of glass...pipes... Yada Yada Yada. So I was eager to shop. Let me be real clear about this establishment (Smokey's) and offer some advice. People go to a store for the product and stay for the customer service. This "store" had none of the above. After literally asking the lummox behind the counter if they were having an "everything must go" event, his reply was "no"... Thanks for elaborating buddy. Then I asked him if there was a store that did have a variety of glass, he replied back "were the only smoke shop in Waikiki " Having put up with this idiots incompetence long enough I decided to venture to my second choice... Pipeline. (FYI. Pipeline is a little over a mile away from Smokey's... I consider that distance still in Waikiki). These two smoke shops are light years apart from each other. In selection, location (they validate)and most importantly customer service. I was immediately welcomed by BOTH employees and both did an excellent job in asking questions about what I'm looking for, then when that was decided, they unloaded every variation of what I was looking for. In other words, they showed they cared about the job and service they provide. Which brings me to this.... The kid who basically hooked me up by doing exactly what he was supposed to do to make the sale but not only make the sale... His attentiveness and willingness to set me up properly after I wasted 20 minutes of my life at Smokey's is what will keep me coming back, not only to any of the pipelines on Oahu but specifically coming back to ask for the same kid, in assisting me with even something as simple as rolling papers... HUNTER (the kid who hooked me up) made my shopping experience worth it enough to give pipeline 5 stars... Actually... Thinking about it... Hunter is the one who is receiving the 5 stars... Pipeline is getting 5 stars for properly training their employees. Great job guys. read more

They've got it for double the cost, but they tell you not to worry, it comes with 1 free. Yup. They're refusing to sell you a single item, charging you for 2, and calling it a deal. It's always those items you really only need 1 of too. Oh gee thanks, hope this downstems still intact if I happen to break this one again. Good thing they didnt have any 10$ downstems, just 20$ ones that came with 1 free. Unbelievable experience all the way around. First off the scientific glass, dab rigs, were 75% off, amd it ismt just a few probably a 100 beautiful glasss pieces... The guy who helped me was awsome showed me function videos when i picked one he owned and was patient as i had him pull out one piece after another for a good 30 minutes.. I picked a gorgeous piece with 4uptakes 4 returns an inline perc and a splash guard... *****$300 Sale 75$****. So took my bubble wrappped bundle home.. Filled it with water checked the function a few times before i got my medicine ready.... When i placed my quartz in there was water all over the table, it took me a while to find but there was a tiny crack on a return, so i called them already knowing the answer.... They said keep it clean dont use it and bring it back... When.l I returned the next day totally different employee helped me.... She looked at it for about a minute till she found the flaw... Then she began apologizing as she wrapped up a brand new rig for me!!! She honestly seemed kinda bummmed for me and like she felt bad about it... No questions asked they replaced it, i think it was a manufacturer flaw but its super delicate and possible i could have knocked it over or banged it or even dropped it as far as they knew, Never in my life have i seen a shop replace glass... Once it leaves the doors it is yours no matter what in my experience... No questions asked they swapped it out and were apologetic!!! Best deal on glass i have seen in a long time, beautiful selection, and they actually care about people, overflowing with Aloha... I am a customer for life... Terrible staff. This is a late review. A few months ago I went into the smoke shop to purchase a dab torch. The staff recommended a specific torch, stating customers usually has issues with the more expensive one. I took his advise, purchased the recommended product and went home. 15 mins from purchasing and the torch was not working properly. Went back just for an exchange nothing else. I had no attitude or issue just let him know it wasn't working properly and the man didn't want to believe me and started a whole issue about it. Long story short he put his hands on me a few times a had to push him of me at one point. The other staff member said he will take care of me and asked me to wait outside so I did. The one disgruntled staff member followed me outside the shop and just stood there in front of me, bad talking the entire time and literally standing close enough for his stomach to be touching against me so I had to defend myself and push him off me again against the door. Eventually he went back in and the other staff came out apologized and gave me the more expensive torch at no extra cost. That was nice I def appreciate it but I feel he could had also handled that situation better since he basically was letting the other guy do and say w/e he wants. I emailed the company multiple times expressing my complain and not one response. I won't be shopping from them again. The disgruntled member is a prior marine about 6", 6"1' and looks like may be middle eastern. Not sure if the man still works there but he shouldn't be. There's no option for zero star, I guess, but def a zero star rating. read more

So I finally got someone on the phone, and I explained what happened to the product and I was told "it was fine when you bought it, so your on your own". Knowing that this product was no good and feeling fu(ked, I emailed the company and they asked for a pic and a copy of the receipt. I did that and they responded and informed me that the product was a knock off. Because the product was a fake, the company could not give mea refund. But they did give me 50% off of any product they sell for a lifetime. After showing the email to the owner, I received a refund. I will say that the owner is cool as sh!t, but on the flip side "Buyer Beware"! In their defense, I don't think that he was aware of the authenticity of the product. read more

I broke my downstem so me and my BFF immediately went to our favorite and affordable smoke shop to purchase a new one. We were greeted by Chay and another worker in a very kind manner and they immediately asked us what we were looking for. Besides the downstem, I realized that I also needed a grinder. Chay showed me the selection on the shelves, and she even went above and beyond to go through their new shipments to find more options. I ended up going with the second grinder she brought out. It was a very sweet and accommodating thing to do. I ended up leaving with a downstem, a rose/green duo Legend grinder, and a new bowl piece. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had to replace 3 full mods after buying from this store after 1 week of usage on each. The guy that works there is terrible and knows nothing of the products he's selling and can't answer any questions we have about the piece we're buying. He's sold us products with missing pieces, broken tanks, and just all around faulty pieces. I would recommend going somewhere else if you're in need of mods or any vape products. Their glassware is fine and has always held up, the woman who works for the glassware is very knowledgeable. Don't talk the the guy with the lazy eye. read more
