If you trust using 1 person who has full monopoly on your deal I highly recommend you add in multiple opinions on your deal. I can surely bet if they don't call back and service other vendors in the industry I can only imagine how they service a client that they mess up on?

Then one evening we found Sun Mortgage Company and read all the reviews. The next morning, we called Sun Mortgage Company and spoke to Don Rizzo. We told Don what we were looking for and he explained how the process works. After filling out the online application, we were all set to move forward. I was expecting a similar process to what the banks would have put us through but WOW, I was wrong!
