WORST EXPIRIENCE EVER! I was highly recommended to Jahn Ramirez by my real state agent. When I met with Jahn for the very first time I was already prepare with all my documents that were needed for the Pre-Approval. I left that day with a smile from ear to ear. Jahn told me I was approved. I started the process, found the house. I got house inspected, in contract and appraised, did my down payment and was just waiting to hear from underwriting department to get final approval and closing date. When I receive a phone call from Jahn telling me that I was not approved do to my income. As I am a salary but also commission base pay. FHA loan had changed a clause back in December of 2016 that him and his bank associates weren't aware of it. Almost a year later they never got the MEMO:. He asked me that for a cosigner which I had my mother. When I got all of my moms information he gives me a call to let me know that regardless of adding my mother to the loan I would not qualify for loan because UNDERWRITING department made a mistake when inputting income into their system. So no one ever looked at my pay stubs and catch a huge mistake. Now I have no house and lost money because Jahn Ramirez and all the staff that was involved in my deal didn't do their job. I feel like I just got PUNKED. When you think you are dealing with experts and you are actually dealing with rookies. I honestly feel that FRANKLIN FINANCIAL should reimburse me for the appraisal and inspection reports. All of this would of been avoided if someone knew what they were doing. All I got was a sorry you are not approved we will pay for your future appraisal if you ever come back to us. VERY DISSAPPOINTED, BAD BUSINESS read more
