I'm a Broker, who deals with real estate clients both buyers and sellers. This office is a realty and mortgage lender. I have called Herman Singh many times, texted many times.. emailed many times.. and also tried to talk to his staff about files with buyers many times. This office does not call back, find reason to say they're "busy" or will "call back" and doesn't call back, text back or email back. Their goals are only for themselves not to collab with other offices in the real estate industry. Let me know how many times you can say you did everything by yourself and never needed to use anyone? If you trust using 1 person who has full monopoly on your deal I highly recommend you add in multiple opinions on your deal. If you are a seller and your buyer is using Omni Mortgage, please be aware. It took 120 days for Omni Mortgage to close the loan for a buyer who was buying my property in Long Island. The Loan officers and customer support at Omni Mortgage are pathetic and were always providing misleading or incorrect information. My property was under contract on June 6 and finally closed at end of September. The delays, increased costs and other fees cost me a loss of almost $20,000.00. This company and its clients are questionable. I am glad that I was finally able to close my loan. Once again if you are trying to sell a property in Nassau or Suffolk county and your buyer is using Omni Mortgage, be prepared for delays and atleast 120 to 150 days of "processing time"..... read more

Mike & Omni have helped me with my last two homes as well as my father and brothers with their properties. In the 5 years we've known Mike & Omni, we've only received A+ treatment. Mike went out of his way to advise me many times without asking for a dime. He cares about building quality relationships with his customers and community.
