Sometimes I need a super adjustment and stretch from Dr Sean, sometimes we work on hip mobility with Dr Johnson, and I can't recommend enough Dr Kalani's liver squeeze and cranial adjustment. I had a massage today and it was so very relaxing. The entire front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Kristin the nutrition expert is fantastic and really took the time to research my existing conditions and made a supplement plan to help reduce inflammation. Quality of care was supreme Kaleo with stem wave and his dad and Sean with chiropractic was superb. I ended up with struggles with the billing office people and needed to stop treatments. I'm writing this with a heavy heart as a long-term patient of Dr. Kalani due to multiple ongoing issues with this office. First, I was owed a refund. I received only a partial refund, and despite multiple attempts over several weeks to follow up, including contacting Dr. Kalani directly, the remaining balance has still not been issued. I also had difficulty ordering supplements through the office. After waiting nearly a month without receiving them or clear communication, I had to find alternative ways to get what I needed. Most concerning, during one appointment, another adult patient repeatedly attempted to get close to and touch my underage son. I clearly told the individual not to touch my child. Dr. Kalani was present and said "come on, dude," but the behavior continued and the situation was not stopped or addressed. I am not making assumptions about intent; however, as a parent, this was extremely upsetting. Because of these issues including the unresolved refund, lack of follow-through on orders, and the situation with my son, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my son or myself to this office and have had to find a new chiropractor. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and attention to patient safety makes this experience concerning and frustrating. SERVICE: Location, staff, and facility was fine. Had a massage done here and not comply sure why I felt uncomfortable. I just did. The massage was not horrible. However, to hear him use curse words here and there in conversation, which I know is a sign of comfort, I just never experienced it. I don't know. Some other things felt off with during the massage as well. WELL: I don't think I'll return, not for massage anyways. However, I really believe they offer some awesome, comforting services. Unbelievably the best work I have had done on my body. I grew up playing football and break dancing my whole life. I've known Dr Kalani & his team for over 10 years now. He truly has a passion about helping people eliminate pain in their bodies especially after an accident. They take the time to educate you too about how they intend to optimize your health. About 10 years ago, someone rear ended me while I was waiting at a red light, I knew exactly where to go & who to see ... DR KALANI. He truly "has your back" lol. My first session included a posture examination & x-rays. They held off on doing any adjustment until they saw the x-rays. I thought that was very smart of them since they did not know what they were dealing with. On my 2nd appointment we reviewed the x-rays and what it would take to restore my health to an optimal level. My plan included up to 3 adjustments per week for the 1st couple months. Then as I progressed, my # of adjustments decreased to maintain my health. By my second week I felt a radical change in my Health. The headaches and pain that I was experiencing after my accident had drastically dropped. I was able to sleep well again throughout the night. I was getting handed extra equipment that I never used and had no idea what to do with, and never requested.
