In the middle of the project, she almost quit, stating her discomfort that I had stated a preference for furniture in a room she was doing. Install day was very mixed. There were may aspects that were beautifully done. However, there were many accessories that looked like they were thrown together at the last minute. This was especially problematic because they did not reflect my style, pillows were horribly scratchy and uncomfortable, and I had requested that I like things a bit minimalistic and it was over-accessorized in every corner. However, this would have been ok with me if we could have clarified what was wrong and it was fixed for the next project we planned on hiring them for. Instead, when we communicated about the things we wanted to return, she told me she was would no longer decorate for us. We had invested a lot in service hours, and she refused to compensate any of that, despite the fact that we were unsatisfied.
