They are very professional, detail oriented, and responsive. We purchased a living room set (two couches), coffee table, and most recently, a recliner from DHI. We were able to choose the fabric and style for our couches. I chose a vanilla upholstery, dark wood, and dark studs. They turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted! We've had them for almost a year now and are still very pleased with them. They look stylish and expensive, yet were actually very affordable. The table also looks expensive, stylish and not to mention heavy duty, but again, was very affordable. The recliner is my husband's favorite piece in our living room. We originally purchased a custom made electric recliner with blue velvet fabric, dark wood, and dark studs to match our couches. Although the chair was lovely, we weren't satisfied with the overall quality. We called and let them know we would be happy to pay more to swap for a better quality chair. They were very apologetic, even though they weren't at fault and was more than willing to help. George personally assisted us on the exchange and helped us pick out the new recliner. They let us keep the blue recliner until our new one arrived. The delivery team is polite, respectful, and on time. They delivered our items with great care. They have a wide selection of living room sets, bedroom sets, dining, patio, and so much more. If you see an item online that's not in the show room, you can ask for it to be delivered to their store to see in person. They truly value great customer service and it really shows!

First and foremost, I was greeted immediately, but not greeted like the typical used car salesman that follows you around the store. I met Sue, who was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the pieces in their showroom. I immediately knew I was in the right place, as there was nothing in that store that I did not like. This comes from a picky person. I was in awe of the beautifully crafted and modern furniture. I wanted one of each! Alas, I took one look at a price tag and gasped! They are a bit on the high end, but SO IS THEIR FURNITURE! It far surpasses any furniture store I have ever visited. I spoke to Sue about my needs and she listened intently; a virtue many salesmen lack (me included!). When Sue took me to the back of the showroom and introduced me to the Ekornes line, I KNEW she cared! I was sold at that moment. You see, I have had major back pain that basically runs my life. Sue explained how these recliners are focused on the lumbar spine and actually give it relief. She was absolutely right. I sat on a chair and reclined ... I almost fell asleep. Needless to say I purchased one knowing that it was well worth every penny since my health comes first. The furniture is made in Norway so after choosing the color I liked, I paid a deposit and left. I was so excited about the cool color I chose that I completely forgot that it wouldn't go with anything I owned. I called back and Sue was with a customer. However, Rosa said she would be happy to assist me. She was very kind, and it was obvious these ladies work as a team for the benefit of the owner. Rosa actually took pictures of the different colors and sent them to me so I could choose. Since then, I have mostly dealt with Rosa, who takes me as seriously as if I were one of her own clients. I am incredibly grateful to these ladies for their hard work and their sincerity. THAT is what keeps a business successful. People who listen and people who CARE! Thank you to the owners of Bova, who recognize it's the people; not the pieces of gorgeous furniture, that will continue to lead them to success. The furniture selection here is great from traditional to modern with no weird stuff. The sales people could not have been more considerate, professional and less pushy (I dealt with Tee "Skinny Man" Meyers). The prices are very reasonable and their delivery was on time as promised. I don't think I've ever had a furniture purchase that went so smoothly from the moment I walked in the store to the time the delivery men left my house. The next time I am in the market for furniture this store will be the first place I go to shop.
