We ordered boutonnières for our wedding. They were absolutely beautiful. It was easy to order and they were ready at the quoted time.

I recently ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered from this flower shop for a friends birthday. I selected the arrangement on line on their website. The arrangement delivered looked nothing like the one I ordered. They substituted green carnations for what were supposed to be high end flowers. I called three times and asked for the manager or owner to call me back and never received a call. I was told that they use an outside vendor- Teleforal for deliveries sometimes so they cannot control what is being sent!!! Can you believe that??? I do not recommend using this florist ever! read more

Beautiful store filled with fresh gorgeous flowers and vases, I was exploring Santa Barbara and saw this delicious flower store and couldn't resist popping in to have a look, the shop owner was so kind and friendly. I spotted some gorgeous tiger calla lilies I'd never seen in person in their luscious cooler. I said goodbye and kept meandering down the sidewalk, but I couldn't stop thinking about those flowers! I came back and Felipe fixes me up with a water tube so I could keep them until we got to Cambria, they might have a flower shop too but doubtful if the calla's would be there. Thank you! Today I received horrible service from the owner and designer at this shop, a man named Mike, who hung up on me, a paying customer who never raised my voice and even offered to pay additional money to send out another bouquet with the flowers I originally requested. Background: I ordered (and paid for) a $85 arrangement that was pictured on their website with what looked to be light green hydrangeas and roses (CustomDesign002). I discussed the arrangement in detail with a woman who answered the phone and took the order. She confirmed that the arrangement would indeed have hydrangeas and roses as pictured and discussed with me, but not freesias as I'd also asked to include pink ones (woman confirmed they only had yellow freesias). I said okay, as long as there were light green hydrangeas with the roses, I was fine with that. After seeing photos taken by my friend who received the flowers, I saw there were no hydrangeas included and the replacement flower was a very dark green. The uppity owner/designer didn't want to hear what I had to say about not receiving what I'd asked for and what the woman confirmed about including the light green hydrangeas. This man Mike continually talked over me and then talked down to me, saying, "Well, you don't know flowers!" Great way for a shop and owner to lose credibility and a customer who would have given the shop much more business had the owner been respectful and considerate. So many other wonderful florists in the area who are professional and customer oriented. Give your dollars to a florist that treats customers well and appreciates their business. read more

I ordered a bouquet, boutonniere and loose flowers for my daughter's wedding while in Colorado. The parameters I was given from my daughter was basic style, specific size and color palette. Felipe was great to work with. He understood what we wanted. The flowers arrived at my hotel in plenty of time for me to make bud vase arrangements. I ran into a snag in that the bouquet, although gorgeous, was larger than my daughter wanted. I called Felipe he came to my hotel picked up the bouquet took it back to the shop and had the designer redo it to make it smaller. He brought it back to me and it was perfect! The boutonniere was also absolutely stunning! The boutonniere and the bouquet received many compliments. I highly recommend this florist and the staff. Great experience! read more

hm. well they didn't listen to what I said at all. Ordered flowers this week for a friend. The guy that answered the phone was nice and I thought he was listening to what I wanted, but I was wrong. I said I wanted yellow and purple flowers, yet the arrangement had pink, green, white and some purples flowers. Where's the yellow? Also I specifically said I didn't want any lilies, yet somehow they put them in! i asked for dahlias, peonies and garden roses... uh, not really. so whatevs, the arrangement looked nice (although a bit chinzty for what we paid) to the unsuspecting eye, but it definitely wasn't what I requested. read more

Bummer. I ordered WEDDING my bouquet with them and while it was certainly pretty, it was not what I asked for. I even have the contract in which they state they will only add two colors: blush/soft pink roses and white hydrangeas. I received no pink roses (all white bouquet) and a purple/lilac accent flower. While its not a big deal on the grand scheme of things, I paid 200 dollars for one medium sized bouquet and they couldn't get my Colors right. I was super flexible and have no problem with them exercising their artistic vision, but the color scheme was the one thing that was critical and that I was firm on (my dress was a very very soft pink, so there was a big problem with the flowers being lilac/purple). By the time they delivered, it was way too late to fix. I'm so disappointed. Two stars, however, because the bouquet was very pretty despite their oversight. read more
