Absolutely the best of the best! Amazing customer service, amazing quality of work! Instead of calling some big company like proflowers or whatever, I like to stay local. However, I am across the country, so I googled florists in the area, and hoped for the best. I called them and a lady picked up the phone. This is exactly what I told her "never ordered flowers, all i know is I want something big that incorporates yellow roses and the color pink". She was beyond helpful, she took her time giving me some ideas of what she could do. Their pricing is great in my opinion as well, including delivery (which is what I needed). Lynn created a wonderfully beautiful bouquet of tall white lilies and alstroemeria for same-day delivery (today, Monday) to a business with which we partner following the untimely death of one of the owners over the weekend. They sent me a photo by text message and despite my sadness at the loss of my friend I couldn't be happier with the flowers representing our feelings of condolence now in their office lobby. I used them once, last minute Mother's Day, placed the order with the owner Lynn over the phone, she seemed to be a very nice gal, knew her stuff. The order went out on schedule. I did not see the arrangement but I trust it was fine. (It was not a big order). Now I want to use them again for a local delivery (birthday) but wanted to glance at their reviews, and am surprised to see no reviews here! read more

Been working with Lynn for several years now. I was not too impressed with other local florists or their pricing, then I met Lynn. She's an absolute doll to work with and its always a great experience to work with someone with such a talented eye for floral design. I'm a Estate Manager for a high profile couple and we do tons and tons of events....from dinner parties to outdoor charity events.....so I need someone who can create beautiful arrangements for many different needs--and for a reasonable price!! She never disappoints. I just tell her what I want and she takes it from there---she has such a vision and creates the most amazing, stunning. and beautiful arrangements that always leave me in awe. I like that she listens to my ideas and she really cares about meeting my expectations. Who does that anymore? Her son, Marcello, works with her too sometimes and he too has an amazing eye for color and detail. I recommend them to anyone looking for high quality at reasonable prices. I ordered what was supposed to be a very nice floral arrangement to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. I checked with them to see if they received a delivery and they had not. As it turns out, Lynn did not deliver the arrangement. I called the next morning and spoke with a very rude man who first hung up on me when I asked for Lynn. After calling back, he informed me that Lynn was unable to find the delivery destination. I then asked why I wasn't called and he argued that Lynn did call me...I can assure you, I did not receive any call. I told him it wasn't a hard to find address (about 3 minutes from their shop) and asked if a GPS had been used. The man was extremely rude, again argued with me then put me on hold, only to come back on the phone and say he would have Lynn call me. He did not apologize or try to alleviate the situation and Lynn never returned my phone call. Extremely disappointing and I would strongly discourage using this florist. read more
