It's hard to distinguish between the new and old concrete. The design and layout matches so well, it feels it's always been there. He responded quickly and was overall excellent with communication. He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when. He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. We enjoyed working with Troy so much and were so happy with what he did, we asked him back to seal our garage floor. Again, he was responsive, communicated well and completed the job within days with amazing results. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

He asked for a $2,000 deposit, which I paid on August 12th. He said he would start the work within the next week or two, but after that, I was met with excuse after excuse whenever I checked in. Every time I followed up, I got the brush-off. Finally, after months of waiting and no progress, I requested a refund on November 15th. It's now January 6th, and I still haven't received my money back. I've been given numerous reasons for the delay - the check is "in the mail," then "I'll drop it off this weekend," but nothing ever materializes. At this point, I have no choice but to consider legal action to recover my money. This has been a completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise staying away from this company - it's been a scam from start to finish. On Jan 8th, I finally received a check for my deposit amount.

I was told his minimum is $800 but he would do this for 500 with two guys. I ended up trying to do it myself and was able to move it much more easily than anticipated in only an hour and a half. Another company quoted me $225 for this job which is much more reasonable though still higher than I think it's worth. Just beware of price gouging with this company.

Very well done, everything is pitched…read moreproperly, they had very good suggestions about where to place the sidewalk against the house and how to mitigate drainage. They had a great variety of color and stamp options to choose from, some contractors only give you 2-3 options and you have to pay extra if you want anything different than their 2-3 options. They also came in a few grand cheaper than almost every other bid I received. I experienced very quick responses from them both prior to the project and during. With the economy booming I have heard reports from multiple neighbors of contractors who have ghosted them or else given them inaccurate dates and have been 2+ months late. ConCreative was 1-2 weeks later than originally quoted, but I think that is the nature with all of these projects when you consider rain and what not. Overall not bad at all, especially when consider that when I emailed and asked for an update I received a response that day about the status, I have heard of many contractors taking weeks to respond to clients. Not only that, but once they get started you can expect everything done very quickly. They had the majority of my demo, 18x18 patio and 100' of sidewalk done in 2 days. When most people saw the amount of work they did and how quickly it was done, they thought it was 4-6 guys doing the work. When I told them it was only 2-3 guys that completed all of the work they were very impressed.
