Our patio was poured and it had a nice slope draining water away from the house with some nice flowing lines to accentuate the space. The patio has been in for several years now and it still looks terrific -- no cracks, no problems. We love it! They had a great variety of color and stamp options to choose from, some contractors only give you 2-3 options and you have to pay extra if you want anything different than their 2-3 options. They also came in a few grand cheaper than almost every other bid I received. I experienced very quick responses from them both prior to the project and during. With the economy booming I have heard reports from multiple neighbors of contractors who have ghosted them or else given them inaccurate dates and have been 2+ months late. ConCreative was 1-2 weeks later than originally quoted, but I think that is the nature with all of these projects when you consider rain and what not. Overall not bad at all, especially when consider that when I emailed and asked for an update I received a response that day about the status, I have heard of many contractors taking weeks to respond to clients. Not only that, but once they get started you can expect everything done very quickly. They had the majority of my demo, 18x18 patio and 100' of sidewalk done in 2 days. When most people saw the amount of work they did and how quickly it was done, they thought it was 4-6 guys doing the work. When I told them it was only 2-3 guys that completed all of the work they were very impressed.
