I stopped by to get something cute for my husband for Valentine's day. Usually there's not much XS items, mostly S, M, L & XL. I remembered how one of my friends told me they don't carry XXS sizes in this store and told her she could order online. I never really notice that, but ever since she mentioned that, I made sure to look for all the possible sizes they offer. Which were limited got certain items. This VS store is a bit smaller than a few stores that I've been to, but it still offers the majority of the items sold everywhere else. The employees are not always attentive, probably why there are not many customers here.

Once I went in someone greeted me right away which was nice because previous times they didn't. I got myself some panties and bras and the girls there were really helpful and had honest opinions on what fit well and what didn't. When a specific item on my size wasn't there on the floor set they would go check in the back for me every time. The only thing I didn't like was the variety of merchandise which was understanding due to the size of the store. Otherwise it's decent :)

It is a fairly crowded store, but the employees keep the racks refreshed. One thing I love about this store is the fact that inventory literally changes by the hour, which can be dangerous. The only thing negative I have to say is they have one particular employee that is very unprofessional. She is loud, obnoxious, and speaks of inappropriate things while at the register. She works there all the time, and it's gotten so bad is that my solution is for my shopping partner to pay for mine, while I bring the car around.

You'll find more high-end brands for men and women at this department store. Dillard's probably has the best women's shoe selection in the mall, though the clearance racks can be kind of a mess. One time, there was a box with just one shoe. What is a gal do to with a single shoe? Anyway, definitely look for sales because prices can be a tad high otherwise.. We asked someone about opening another register but she said they were short staffed. It appeared that there were several employees doing other things that could have been pulled off to check customers out. No concern at all about the long line at the one open register. I waited about 6 minutes when a manager walked by so I asked if there were no other cashiers to be called up to assist. He said he could not get enough help. I'm wondering not one of the other dozen employees have been trained on a register? What about you can you run a register? How about any manager or assistant manager in the store to help clear the line? "Nothing I can do. have a nice day" he told me. At 6 minutes per transaction and 13 in front of me, 1 hour and 18 minutes is too dam long to stand in any line in any store. Fellow patrons the only way we get treated with some respect is to walk out. I did. Seriously, a manager can't run a register? He was just unwilling to work just like the employees that didn't come to work that day, but he was getting paid... to not help! I will do my shopping elsewhere.
