The web page does say "formerly Fireplaces by Weiss-Johnson" which they probably shouldn't use. Had picked out a FireTable for which I was told had a two week delivery time. They booked a site visit for the gas lines with an installation date the following day. At the site visit it was discovered the job was much more involved and required lines that they would have to order in so install date set for two weeks later. Two days before that I'm told the parts were not available and we need to push the date another two weeks. I asked when the fire table was coming in as I had provided a 50% deposit. They checked and it would not be available for another 6 weeks. I cancelled the order and was refunded. Communication and organization are key to a job well done and I feel both were lacking in this situation.

Mud was…read moreleft all over the fence posts and hand rails at the back step. the back steps were left in a dangerous state full Of slippery mud. they were told about this being unacceptable and did very little about it (We never expected it to be perfect, but it should have been safe). when the foundation was raised the back door became jammed and the very next day Steve (the amazing and friendly carpenter) came and repaired The door and did his best to make sure we were happy with how he left things. he is what made the experience worth while. the first part of the project gets 2 stars. Steve gets 5 stars
