They were pretty good, except an error in the toilet installed (wrong bowl type) was made, and they promised to replace it "as soon as their supplier restocked". It's now May 15th, more than a month later, and not a peep from them. Since they said that I'd gotten 'the most popular model', restocking shouldn't be any issue. After a time, they were good to their word; changed out the "wrong" toilet for the perfect model that fit my needs. The installer was fast, polite and friendly, and they waived the second installation fee, charging only the difference in cost between the two. (The new toilet is far surperior to what I'd had replaced, as well!)

I just ask for better communication especially if I'm looking to pay for a service to be provided. Just feel like I could've had a different company inside of my home instead of dealing with giving people second chances .
