They are very responsive to all of my questions and Scott always spends extra time to ensure we understand what is included and not included in our policies talking us through the standard recommendations for coverage and his recommendation for us but ultimately allowing us to make our final decision without pressure. I have since moved to Grand Rapids and the level of customer service they are still able to provide is impressive. When we need our yearly review, Scott meets my husband and I at my work place in GR. Members who opt in to the Kasasa account can earn 4.25 percent on balances up to $25,000 (with 25 debit transactions per month, paperless statements, and direct deposits of $1,000+ per month), and can link a Kasasa savings account so that balances above $25,000 earn 1 percent. That's loads better than CDs these days. This particular Kalsee location is palatial (tons of private offices and a half dozen or so teller windows), with plenty of lot parking and several handicap spots right by the door.

Make a purchase on the last day of the period, but if they say it didn't "post" till the following day it's their way out of paying the monthly interest. Their customer service reps seemed short, as if they deal with this customer issue often? Disqualifying a customer over something they have no control over or influence on seems trite to me, short sited. I'm now looking at doing business elsewhere.
