They used Hawaiian Crane and Rigging to move the equipment to and from the brush 100 feet below my house. Hawaiian Crane and Rigging brought in one of their 300 ton cranes, and their driver maneuvered the large crane into our tiny cul de sac. The crane operator lifted the equipment over my house and placed everything right on the designated spot, and he did this for 4+ hours! I had nothing to worry about. These guy are pros!! Unfortunately my driveway got a little damaged, but they were quick to make things right. I was impressed by everyone's professionalism! These guys are awesome! Derek gave me a call and left a message (I wasn't available to answer) and asked to send him photos of what I want done. I sent him a video and explained what I was looking to get done. He was able to give me an estimate based on the video I sent. As they were in the area, he gave me a call asking if I had some time today to come by with the crew. They called after their job was done and came by and cut down all of my tall trees. They were really efficient and cleaned up really really well, including taking a pile of leaves (from the palms) that I had left for the next green waste day. Although they were using my green bin to haul green waste out to their trucks, they emptied it all into their trucks and left my bin empty. The back where they were working as well as the front where they cut the trees into smaller pieces to load were cleaned up really well before leaving. Highly recommend!!

Bobby came out to my house and measured, within 48 hours I had a written SOW, statement of work with details of materials, labors and warranties. Julia, the office manager also provided material brochures for references and guide me to select the right roofing and also gutter. We signed the contract and scheduled for installation 2 weeks after that as we need to wait for material to arrive. Action Roofing Hawaii did a great job replacing our roof & gutter - their team showed up on time, worked hard every day and finished early! Amazing - contractors that actually get the job done on schedule! They were super nice as well. And the price was reasonable of all the quotes I got (and I got several) not to mentioned that they are certified installers by Certainteed for Landmark & Presidential.
