They had a change in management as to which we were not informed that they did not submit their badging request forms for our project, causing it to be unnecessarily delayed after that their employees started making Assumptions , rude comments and untrue statements. first went out prior to March 25 employees We had only contacted them a couple weeks prior to April 25 not sure how you confuse 30 days with two weeks however, that was the straw that broke the camels back. Then hung up on me! What the heck? I called back confused why someone would hang up. The guy from Affordable tow told me to call someone else and hung up on me again! Who does that?!
