They communicated with the doctor to get a prescription, and handled all the Medicare paperwork. When I got back home, the (wonderful) physical therapist (Laura, from Adventist Home Health), said she just loves Spectrum. They are obviously paying a lot of attention to the quality of their customer service. The only glitch I've noticed is that their web page does not indicate their show room hours.

They saved the day for my family and our sick cat. I will be forever grateful for the services they provide. They were able to compound her medications into tuna favored liquid that we could squirt in her mouth or the better tasting stuff she just licked up or ate in her food. Our kitty was diagnosed with Lymphoma, the vet prescribed steroids to make her time left comfortable and suggested we get it compounded here. It was more expensive than pills were but I would pay twice what I did to not have to pill her everyday. The medication they compounded added weeks to her terminal diagnosis, and gave her a quality of life that would of been impossible without the medication. If we had not gotten the liquid we would of had to put her to sleep weeks before we did. If you have a pet that takes pills I highly recommend asking your vet if it can be compounded here, it is so worth it for you and your pet, especially if you have a cat. They will explain how to store it and administer it. The medication even came with the little syringe. I wish it was closer to my home so I could use it for my monthly prescriptions.

Then they ask us to pay to ship it back and blame me for not calling them. All this weeks after the package arrives. Lucky for them I hadn't opened it, but if I had it felt like they were going to charge me. In the end after lots of stress and phone calls they send us a label to mail it back, but absurd to make a mistake and then blame the customer and try to charge the customer. In the end they paid to ship back, but was a ridiculous process and added stress in a time when more stress is not needed. Instead of just hearing me out as a frustrated customer they blamed me for getting upset and asked if I had ever made a mistake too and got mad with me. Get your pump elsewhere.
