My friend and I hovered outside uncertainly and the drunk guys smoking outside the bar across the street started heckling us to go in, though they were funny about it not offensive. I believe one of them yelled "treat yourself, you deserve it!" You know what sir? I do! So we went inside and the store is small but they packed plenty of DVDs and toys in there. The DVDs were really cheap, starting at around $5. I've been in other stores where they were $40 or $50 bucks. Like seriously? Do you not know pornhub.com exists??? So I've heard, that is. I would never visit such a site. I didn't get any movies but I got an adult game that was only $5.49. Don't be afraid to keep things fresh ladies! The festive holiday window displays are welcoming, even if one is St. Paddy's but the other side still has Santa.

It's brittle and thin but it's $2. Mine has lasted a month and I can throw it whenever I want. Also got a bubbler for $18 and it's thick glass and I love it. Got my gf a bat and she loves it. Also got a $4 grinder, it's cheap and plastic but in all honesty I prefer cheap stuff I can throw out if need be. All together paid around $35 which is the amount they wanted for just my gf's bat at the other places. I will stop here every time I'm on market street.

9/26/22 This Gamestop isn't to big. The selection of PS4…read moregames is small, but so are the selection of PS5 games. Matter of fact, PS4's selection is bigger than the PS5 area. The PS5 launched in the US, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea. This happened on 12th November 2020. It arrived in the rest of the world (UK included) on 19th November 2020. Since the day it his stores, demand has outstripped supply. This is great and all, but after nearly two years, I thought there would be more games than what I was seeing. Many of the games ars upgrades with added content made for the PS5. Some games were made for PS5 and now are available for PS4. The associate working there was pleasant, but I did not understand everything he said. I certainly did try to understand him. I really appreciate how well he maintained the store and how organized it was too. I did want yo get something, but buying without a need isn't worth it. Another time then.

My children were enamored by their large Pokemon collection, my husband loved all the vintage comic books, and for me there was a section with old records to browse through. By the end of our visit we had to pick up some items to help build up my pre-schooler's budding Pokemon collection and something for big sis too. Currently this game goes for $3.67 on pricecharting, heck when it game out in 2008 its peak was only a measly $5. Multiple gbc/gba shovelware games all overmarket, by around 10 dollars as well. In general the amount of 3-5 dollar games that they are trying to pass off as 15 - 20 dollar games is dis gracefully disgusting. The point of traveling to these stores are to get the good deals. All of the inventory they have are traded in for or donated so it makes NO sense! It seems that the employees make guesses when it comes to prices, that or they are being told to overprice by upper management. By the gaming section there was a sign that claimed that all of the consoles and equipment is tested beforehand by "gamers with over 30 years of experience" whatever that means. I got an Xbox One Kinect from them back in December, and worked normally. A couple days later I wanted to try using its mic functionality, was not functioning. So it was never fully tested by "gamers with over 30 years of experience" lol. The worst part is that they give you a 3 day warranty... it's not like people have kids, jobs, or other commitments I guess. The media (dvds and blu rays) were also overpriced per usual. Usually only by 5-10 bucks. My main discrepancy today was that I saw multiple dvds and blu rays with dirt and filth smattered on the covers. Your telling me that they have the audacity to up charge, and still refuse to even spend 10 seconds wiping the cover with a lysol wipe? Is it that hard to do? Disgusting! I can't speak on their book pricing as I am not well versed but pretty much everything else is overpriced in this store. It really sucks because these type of stores are supposed to be for lower income families who can't buy new. And instead is being treated like a greedy gaming convention booth. I genuinely feel bad for kids nowadays who want to start growing a small gaming collection post pandemic. With greedy "thrift" stores like this, even the shovel ware games are off-limits.
