When queried on this the base operator said that they had no choice because there were only two drivers on. When I asked what he intended to do about arriving so late on the booked fare, he said he would do nothing, and told me it was my problem and hung up. Taxi finally turned up, 20 minutes late. I mention it, the driver (given name Aydin Arif) proceeded to swear at me and said "I don't give a fuck if you use it." Thought potential customer should be informed that this company believes this is an appropriate way to treat a paying customer.
