Absolutely fuming! I have NEVER experienced such poor service…read more I booked a taxi with over the phone weeks in advance but the taxi was nowhere to be found. I waited for little more than 5 minutes after the pickup time before calling to see if maybe there had been an error or a missunderstanding, a delay or what ever. I mean those things happen. I wasn't very happy that I wasn't contacted and advised of this but ah well... The person I got to speak to, a man, only took my first name before saying the car would be there within 2-3 minutes. When I asked for a registration number or if I would get a message to know who my driver was he repeated 2-3 minutes. As I started to speak he hung up. Still in good faith I waited for about 15 more minutes before using another company. I will never be using this company again and to anyone who asks I will advise them to run the other way. I would also like to add that I had only heard poor things about this company previously, rude drivers trying to scam people by taking long ways around to get more money. Long waits (even after being told the wait will be short) and poor customer service. However I wanted to make up my own mind and give them a chance, BIG MISSTAKE.

He carried the gentleman's bag and walked backwards down the slope to monitor his progress. What an ambassador for your company! In today's world it is so easy to moan ;your employee showed that he was a caring,genuine human being. Well done!
