Working on it as we speak. Went in 4 days later. Nope hadn't even started to look at it. Why all the lies? Why not be honest when I first called and say no thanks? My business has been put on hold for a month and all I get from them is lies. Utter disbelief. Taking it elsewhere. Can't be worse than them. In less than ten minutes the part that had broken was removed WITHOUT opening up the computer or needing to replace the internal part of the plug. They had a brand new power supply in stock, and after verifying the computer booted up and worked, only charged me for the power supply. I was so impressed with the gentleman who helped me.
