When I traded two of my phones in at this location (one I did in St.Cloud,MN) I was never given a trade in credit for one of my phone lines. 6 MONTHS LATER, I have been fighting to get my credit applied. Every single month I reach out to rectify the situation and nothing . Every month I spend over an hour of my personal time but to no end. I go to the St.Cloud store, where I live and they find the problem with my credit instantly yet the Willmar store WILL NOT APPLY THE DAMN CREDIT. Absolutely horrible as the credit is huge at the time I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. If I was any potential future customer who lives out in Willmar, MN or plans to stop by this store, AVOID! I was promised a phone credit when I traded in my phone and I keep getting empty promises every single month with no other credit applied for these bunch of amateurs running the store.

Cbeyond is the worst phone company for small business EVER! They are great at making the sale but…read moreafter that its a total con job. I tried to get out of my contract because I needed a more robust system - they refused saying, "If we let all of our unhappy customers out of their contracts, we wouldn't have any business." Seriously! So then they talk me into a new system that's supposed to solve my issues - and it's supposed to cost me $100 less per month - but of course that isn't true either. It actually costs $100 more per month - AND I had to buy new phones and pay installation fees AND they even charged me an early termination fee for the old system!!! But they got a new 3 year contract out of me by doing that (which I asked them to waive - they said sure - but my agreement still says 3 years). I'm telling you - DO NOT do business with CBeyond. I won't even rate them 1 star. I feel that they have been completely dishonest in their dealing with me and unfortunately I'm stuck with them for three more long years. A bunch of con artists...

Cameran was fantastic, and brought his manager trevor in at some point to troubleshoot. They then looked into my account thoroughly and determined i was eligible for a free phone, as well as a new plan that saves me $1 a month but adds insurance for my 2 phones. They has great suggestions for a new screen protector and otter case, so i purchased those. and after asking about their wi fi internet, i am trialing it to see if it works compared to spectrum, which i pay way too much for. Brandon made it a quick process in store when I made my purchase and went out of his way to get me a watch MUCH sooner than anticipated (literally weeks sooner) and I didn't have to come back in to the store at all. A process that couldn't have been easy -I believe he was on the phone for the better part of an hour troubleshooting my problem. I can't imagine getting better help from anyone, and I highly recommend going to this location for any help you may need.
