It didn't have a "fresh off the pit" feel and tasted more like liquid smoke than actual. I wouldn't recommend eating it without sauce or something else to add flavor. Nachos only had a few Jalapeños on them and used a "Pump" sauce with a strong metallic taste. Three Sauces offered - each tasted like a purchased sauce rather than house-made. The "hot" tasted more like a dipping sauce for Egg Rolls than a BBQ Sauce. Sweet Tea was overly sweet and small (only one size offered). It was over-filled with Ice so there was very little to drink. The Truck is on the Traffic Circle in Downtown Dawsonville in front of of the Courthouse and Sherrif's Office with easy access and parking, though the 18-wheelers which frequent the route are quite noisy. Prices were in line with other Trucks.
