I've only ever gotten the smoothies and have always been satisfied. What caused me to write this review was the surprise I noticed on my cup WAY after leaving. I chatted with the employee and we bonded over Star Wars. And I noticed this on my cup. Simply fantastic. They looked relieved to have helped everyone and continued small minor tasks, still never looking back to acknowledge me... I can't say for sure what made me so invisible. No sense of awareness and that is truly disappointing.
