Knowing he's there…read morewhen I most need a professional listener who is a continuous student of the human experience, is a gift. When a challenge/experience arrives in my life, I get to face it knowing I can call on him if I want to. It matters. The knowledge that there is a therapist I have built trust with provides a freedom to face the unknown on my own, without being alone. In a perfect world, everyone would have a therapist. I had no idea how much my ability to work through challenges would improve, just from having someone to talk through the big ones with. Patrick in particular has a deep understanding of the ways our minds can respond to life, and provides that insight without the detached, clinical vibe so many therapists seem to approach patients with. It's something truly special that he brings to the table. Finding a therapist you vibe with is not a simple task. Having one is a gift. You are a gift, Patrick. Thank you.

I was initially apprehensive about seeing a male therapist as I worried that I'd be embarrassed to open up to him or that he wouldn't understand me. I was wrong. From the first meeting he just told me to say what was on my mind, I did and it was great and I left feeling like I'd actually done something that was helping me move in the right direction. He's friendly, kind, welcoming, a great listener, I don't know how he does it but he remembers pretty much everything, he's funny and you feel like he genuinely cares about what you have to say while helping you realize the reasons why you feel and act the way you do. Along with other important changes I've made in my life, he has truly been a great help in guiding me to be more assertive and quiet my own inner critic enough to find peace of mind. There is still work to be done and I know that Patrick will be able to continue to help me. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Patrick.

During our sessions, I feel that she carries herself in a very welcoming and chill positive vibe, which I love about her. Ariel has always been so accommodating and flexible when scheduling an appointment to meet with her. I am also appreciative when she gives me a confirmation text before we meet the next day even though I have it in my calendar already. It's definitely those little things that matters! Honestly, it was really hard for me to understand and tell myself that I needed a little help, mentally. I was terrified in reaching out to any therapist, but I'm so glad I reached out to Ariel! I love how I can freely have a conversation with her without any judgement, move from topic to topic, and know that she can keep up with my thoughts and emotions plus help me sort it all out. I have shared some heart felt, deep and meaningful conversations with Ariel that I'm so relieved to be able to get it off my chest. I definitely feel that since our first session in June, Ariel has been by my side to help me open up, grow, heal, and learn to love and accept myself. She literally my cheerleader supporter but more chill vibes than perky haha. It really means a lot and I'm so proud of the progress we have made so far. I hope for others that are reading this as well, they will have the courage to reach out to Ariel and get the help they need. It's okay to ask for help. I'm so happy I did and reached out to Ariel. Healing is such a beautiful thing. (:

He's extremely patient, takes the time to really listen, and is thoughtful in how he responds to your needs rather than rushing the process. Each session felt intentional, supportive, and grounding. If you're looking for a therapist who truly listens, respects your journey, and supports real healing, I highly recommend Michael.

I've been to highly regarded therapists who spread out meetings for months, consuming unnecessary time and investment. His superpower is that he epitomized complete altruism with laser sharp discernment and focused attention that facilitated deep healing of emotional wounds so buried I didn't even know they existed. He also leaves the door open for further growth and healing without feeling locked into a contractual relationship. Honestly he should patent his Method for all coaches to follow! I give him the highest possible rating and encourage others to not hesitate reaching out to him.
