I especially appreciate their "wax passes" which allow you to buy a certain amount of services and get some for free. For example I get the eyebrow wax pass and I buy 9 in advance and get 3 free. That is a year of eyebrow waxes for me. Their appointment booking system is also very easy, I usually just call in, but they also send text reminders that you can use to reschedule appointments. You can usually get in same day and they are flexible with their reschedule/cancellation policy. This makes it easy for me to rebook if life happens and I'm not able to make my appointment.
