I paid $7,000 up front because I was told I was getting a brand new enclosed mobility scooter . I paid the money and then waited a month and a half for delivery even though I had been told that once it was paid I would have it within 48 hours . After a month and a half of waiting and calling at least 15 times and never getting a return phone call I finally called down and said I wanted my money back since it seemed that nothing was coming . They had sent the invoice which said new mobility scooter . The owner bitched in complained that he had to pay $1,000 to ship it up here. That is not my problem . But yet he mentioned it several times like I should feel bad that he has to pay to ship it . When it got here I was told I was getting a floor model that had been scraped in the showroom but it was new . It got here and the fairing in the front was broken it had obviously been in an accident . The headlights back camera and back brake lights did not work on the right side of the vehicle nor did the windshield wiper . But here's the best part it actually had 1600 km on it . After they had the nerve to send me an invoice that said new . I called down and said I was returning it to which they said that they did not accept returns . I told them that I had a call recorder on my phone which I do and I had the whole conversation with his salesman recorded in which there was no mention of prior owner accident mileage used none of those words came up . I told him I would take him to small claims court at which point he said to bring it back and he would give me back my money . I live in Sudbury so they were located a couple hours away and I'm not sure if they do this to everybody cuz they're just assholes or if they just did it to me because they figured I was far enough away I wouldn't be able to return it . I have never seen such dishonest underhanded unreputable Behavior from a place that is supposed to be a business . My advice to anyone who is thinking of maybe going here would be run . Run very far and don't look back . I'm happy to say that I went to ride the wind mobility scooters and I had one in a week and a half ship to me and I am very happy with it as it is actually new . What they did was illegal they actually frauded me . Please don't be another casualty on their hit list . Avoid these people like the plague . ​

VOS Motors handled my bike purchase quickly and efficiently. My bike was ready in 3 days. Those…read moredays included signing the financing paperwork, cleaning and servicing any issues on the bike, licencing and me going down there to get it. The bike, the day after I got it, turned up a "no start" issue and after contacting VOS, they went into "overdrive" and inside of 24 hours had a mechanic out to look at it. The fix was simple and he was able to get it running at my location, but he was prepared to take it back to the shop to fix it and then deliver it to me again. I'd recommend them to anyone.

He knew I was coming in, He NEVER asked me for a deposit over the phone to secure it, not a call to inform me that someone was buying it, NOTHING!! His justification was to tell me that its "nothing personal, its just business". REALLY!!?? Well, if this is the way they do business, that their word doesn't mean anything, that you can't trust what was agreed upon, then what kind of business are they running!!?? I hired a mechanic that I was referred to by someone else to go there and take a look at the bike for me. He reported that everything was good. The salesman printed off a Car Proof report for me. He also gave me the VIN number so that i could go a get an Information package from the Ministry off Ontario. Everything checked out good so I Put a larger deposit on it it and he make up a bill of sale. He told me the bike would be Certified. later he called me and told me that the tires were pretty much worn down but were good enough to pass the safety for Certification. He also said that he was not comfortable with this and that he would replace the tires with good quality ones at no cost to me. The mechanic I hired did not tell me about the tires so I was disappointed with him. I will be more careful in the future about the mechanic I hire. For me AM SALES was really good to me as they could have Certified the bike without telling about the tires. I would recommend them.
