I had used this storage unit in the past, the units were sub-optimal, with leaks and rodents being a problem but the property manager was friendly and helpful, (it was a woman at the time but can't remember her name), and we used them for a year or two. We did have an issue where someone broke into several units including ours they informed us quickly but not much was done about it, luckily we weren't missing anything of value and they replaced the locks, there are cameras but apparently they did not catch anything. Woods and trees on the back side make this a prime candidate for petty break ins.
Fast forward a few years to 2020, we again needed a storage building they have a different property manager and he is the rudest person I have ever met, needless to say I took my business somewhere else and will never do business with these people again. Also the property manager is the only person you can talk to, getting to an owner is almost impossible by normal means. read more
