Honestly my first impression wasn't great. Took me 15 mins late and then a half hour later I finally saw the doc. No apology no acknowledgement of being so tardy... nothing. So that didn't set me out on a great start. Doctor was very nice and caring. I did like him. I guess I am used to being in and out quickly for eye exams. The disregard for my time really didn't set well with me. Won't return. read more

I had been having a terrible headache for a couple weeks which finally forced me in to the Urgent Care in Pittsburg. They had a look & treated me then they asked how long since my eyes had been examined. Well, it had been awhile. I received a couple recommendations for Kannarr Eye Center. Yelp also had great reviews so I drove down & begged for an appointment, since I was in town only for a day. They agreed to see me, later that day, out of the goodness in their hearts! I received the most amazing complete exam ever! They were also extremely friendly and compassionate! Dr Jacquinot answered all my questions and was so kind! We've only been to this office twice now and I have to say Dr. J did amazing with my daughter, he kept her calm and she did very well with him. His sense of humor put her worried little mind at ease, he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. This office has amazing Drs and Staff! Friday we brought my husband and son in for exams. Hubby has had to wear glasses his entire life and he was pleased with how Dr Painter explained everything to him. We had her for my 5 year old as well, she made him comfortable - which was amazing because he's girl shy - she did great with him. I am pleased with the staff and how easy they make going to the optometrist. I am looking forward to my turn on the 20th! read more

At my last visit, I had a 1 1/2 hour wait between my scheduled appointment time and when I was actually seen. When I finally got in to see the dr. I liked him. Recently I went to book my next yearly appointment and they are booking 2 months ahead! Due to my family's out of town work schedule, it is not always possible to know when we will be home to have dr. visits. I tried to explain that, but it fell on deaf ears. I guess if they are doing so well they are booking 2 months out, then they don't need my business. read more
