I called three offices in the area, and Steim Family Dentist was the only one that offered to get me in the next day!! Fast forward to procedure day. The front desk employees are welcoming and efficient. The office is clean and cozy. The dental assistant was so cheerful and helpful. She made sure I was comfortable and helped me feel calm. Another woman came in to inject the numbing medication. This woman was the absolute best!!!! I never felt the pinch or the pressure of the injection that I have always experienced in the past! Well done!!!! The dentist is also friendly and calming. He let me know step you step what was happening during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Suha naturally is a comforting person, and Dr Shin appears to know his stuff, and quickly execute. The front staff was amazing, they were so great communicating about pricing and were able to literally get me in same day because of the pain I was experiencing.
