Have you experienced extreme pain having an IUD installed? PLEASE go to this facility if you'd like…read moreto be on anesthesia for an IUD procedure. The anesthesia will very likely be out of pocket cost, but it was worth every penny! Now for the rest of my review: After experiencing horrendous care at other OBGYN facilities in my more local area, I was first terrified to change to this location for an IUD procedure but I was recommended it by a friend. The doctor called me ahead of my procedure to answer any questions and he was super kind over the phone making me feel so much more comfortable. Day of the procedure there was a bit of a wait as it was filled with appointments. But the waiting room was nice as we all got to watch a Netflix show to pass the time. Once I was called in, the staff were very nice and very efficient to get me ready. And the anesthesiologist was so funny my nerves were completely settled before they put me under. Next I remember being fully dressed and they guided me to a low lit room with comfortable recliners that had such a peaceful ambience. The nurses were kind to answer my questions I had about how the procedure went while I was in that room which was promptly followed by the doctor who did my procedure. She came in to ask how I felt and how I was doing and I just felt an overwhelming sense of care and compassion at this facility that I've never experienced before anywhere else in medical care, I nearly cried from how happy I was. (That could have also been the after effects of the anesthesia but the emotions were still genuine). I was sent home with a little bag of overnight pads and information on my IUD device. My pain levels after never got above a 2/10, and they sent me home with a pain meds prescription for the following few days to address any cramping I might feel. I cannot put into words how thankful I am to this facility, the staff, and the doctors that made my experience here incredible, and comfortable, and safe. I don't care how long of a drive it is for me, I will always only go to this place for OBGYN needs in the future.

I received the best card ever. At first I was so nervous going in. The medical staff told me that I…read moream going to be fine and all of them were really nice and sweet.

Knee surgery isn't my favorite way to pass the time of day, but if it has to happen, I'd choose to…read morehave it happen here. I found the facility to be clean and modern, and the staff friendly and helpful. There was almost no wait to be taken back to the prep area. The prep and OR nurses were very kind and unhurried. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and talked to me about what was going to happen. Once in recovery, they were very accommodating as well. The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is the location. The surgery center is at the very back of a complex full of other medical/dental offices, and is rather difficult to spot. We drove past the complex entrance twice and saw no sign along the main road. When you do get to the rear of the complex and find them, You have to go all the way around the building to get to the entrance. A saving grace was that parking is free and plentiful. Nobody looks forward to surgery, but if I ever have to have it again, I would easily opt to have it here.

After a good experience at this surgery center previously, I had one of the most traumatic medical…read moreexperiences of my entire life. I left with bruises up and down both of my arms from six painful, failed port attempts, as well as a gruesome site on my WRIST where they finally placed the port on a seventh attempt. I also had a staff fall (with their full weight) on my stomach during prep, after another staff's careless decision making. This is to say nothing of the two random staff walking into my space unannounced while I was in a state of undress. Or the bloody mess that occurred when another staff attempted removal of the port from my wrist post-procedure. The entire process, from start to finish, was an unorganized, chaotic mess, and I have still yet to recover from their negligence. I will never return (and have filed a formal complaint with the state). Patients deserve better than this.

I was lied to on several occasions about medication changes and about SCS devices. And how I was no longer able to take one med because of my bad kidneys. I've never had bad kidneys. So I went to my pcp and asked for a blood test. Kidneys were and are fine. So why would dr Hong lie to me about my kidneys. Dr zhu lied say he had to reduce med because the government told him to when I was already told by dr mum that it was coming because eventually they want to stop all meds. And it was dr mum that lied about the SCS device. Boston Scientific is the way to go people. It has a greater chance of actually helping than any other device on the market. But the last straw was that I called on my way to appt to say I would be 5 minutes late. Got a call back from receptionist saying the dr says you have to reschedule. Easily the most unethical clinic I have ever been a patient at. DO NOT GO HERE. Dr Jennifer Lee in Kirkland is the best! And btw, I am considering legal action against them. I suffered for no reason on multiple occasions. I told them from day one that I was there to get better. I am beating pancreatic cancer and I want to live life again. So ya, I'm just glad that experience is over.

My RN, Hunter Wanner, is truly amazing. Since my veins can be difficult to find and I bruise easily, she always takes extra care and makes sure I'm comfortable and doing okay throughout the process. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be signing up for more services in the future.

I had my initial visit at their location in Kirkland, (NW Face & Body), but my injector (Dr. Khezri) works at both NW Face & Body and The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery, which I also visited as well. I had lip filler injected by Dr. Khezri, and my initial experience wasn't great. He was unprofessional and rude multiple times throughout the appointment. His demeanor caused me a deal of anxiety, having never had lip filler before. I contacted NW Face & Body about my experience, and they apologized. Over the course of the next week, I continued to have concerns over the state of my lips. Even during the healing process, they looked nothing like they were supposed to. I had a curled pale border on my top lip, my bottom lip had a painful bump, I was puffy above my mouth, and I developed a "duck" like appearance. At one point they started becoming painful and burned. I contacted NW Face & Body with my concerns multiple times, uploading photos to the portal and sharing my symptoms. I was repeatedly told that I had nothing to worry about, they looked fine, and all of my symptoms were normal for the healing process. The last time I contacted them, I was called in the morning and asked if I could come in to be examined by Dr. Khezri. After being directed to the wrong location, paying for parking, and then having to drive 30+ minutes to The Gallery, I was seen by the Dr. for just a few minutes. I brought up all of my concerns, and again was told that they looked great, and I had nothing to worry about. I made an appointment with a highly rated injector in the area for a second opinion. This new provider observed the following; I had extremely obvious migration above the lips, they had been overfilled, I was injected superficially along my entire bottom lip causing painful lumps, I had visible filler in my lips, and I had been injected into the wet mucosa (a common cause for migration, and carries a risk of causing vascular occlusion which causes necrosis). I had them partially dissolved for $300, with the intention to dissolve more on our follow up. After making my demands, and some back and forth, I was provided a refund for my filler and my first dissolving appointment. Even after dissolving, I continued to suffer from the same painful burning and lumps. I visited an Overlake urgent care shortly after due to the symptoms I had been experiencing since my initial injections. The Dr. observed a bacterial infection in my lips called Cellulitis, in which I was prescribed antibiotics for. This singular visit will end up costing me another couple hundred dollars alone. Because of the bacterial infection, I need to have the rest of my filler dissolved sooner than expected, which will cost me another $300. If I choose to get filler again from a different injector in the future, I will be starting from the beginning. In addition to the financial burden this has caused, I've dealt with a deal of physical pain, and it's greatly affected my mental health as well. Rather than having the lips I dreamed about, I've suffered health issues, deep insecurities, and a financial loss. I completed research on the company itself, and found that NW Face & Body, The Gallery, and Seattle Plastic Surgery, is the same company as Allure Aesthetics, just under a different name for each of their locations. Allure was recently sued and ordered to pay millions of dollars for having clients sign NDAs preventing them from writing any negative reviews online. They were also caught having their employees edit before/after photos posted on their website, and falsifying fake positive reviews. I think you should consider this before booking an appointment with them.
