I submitted all of my papers to a virtual drive and interacted only with the receptionist. For months, I had to check in on my tax filing and not once did I receive an update on where my tax filings were in the process other than it's still being worked on. I have called multiple times to have various papers sent to me and the front desk would forget to send these over to me. Finally on the very last late filing date in the fall, I receive a call that my taxes were finally filed. I had no time to review the paperwork and scrambled to just pay what I owed only to find later from another CPA that they were misfiled and needed amending. They also missed filing for my state taxes and only filed for federal which I am finding out now after getting it reviewed. For your sake do not work with them or trust them.

I was charged a $370 penalty from the State due to his incompetence. He sat on the ppwk I provided him in February of 2015 until I called him a week before the deadline wondering why I hadn't received anything yet. He still failed to complete everything by April 15th. He certainly didn't waste any time cashing my payment for doing my taxes though! Shame on you Ken.

Waited several months with no call from her so I called to find out when things would be ready or if she had any questions. Was very disappointed to learn she has not even started. I was told "it just fell through the cracks". When I asked for a refund as I was no longer confident in her service she said ok but she was charging me for what was the initial consultation and she was charging for sending out a notice to the irs. She did send back 1/2 of what I paid her to complete and file my state and federal tax returns. Quite frankly that seems like a rip off. I work at a small business and the owner would fire anyone who just blew off a client like that. She never sent back a copy of any work she charged me for. And the refund she did send took 16 days to be postmarked and that was only after I called again to see what was the delay. I would never go back and I would never send a friend to her office.

I am not one to leave a bad review but our experience made my husband & I so upset. We reached out…read moreto Ryan to complete our taxes for 2024 & sent him all of our documents over a month prior to the tax due date. There was little to no communication & our tax form was returned to us the day prior to April 15th for review. Quite literally, everything was incorrect. Our overall income was wrong, our address was wrong, and our daughter was not listed as a dependent. This almost caused us to miss out on a 2k tax break!! The lack of care that went into this was outstanding. We are a young couple who cannot afford this huge of a mistake. When we emailed back that there were mistakes found we did not hear back & had to scramble to find alternative help. Instead of a resolution we received a $675 fee due. I emailed again saying we will not be paying the fee for services, as it was all wrong, and received an email back with no effort to reconcile the situation & a "best of luck" in finding alternative help. Quite Disappointed.
