Paid monthly subscription for eight washes I was on my sixth the young man accepted me in there was no one behind me and I was lining up the car to go onto the car wash wheel track. The Korean lady starts screaming and telling me my wheels are too dirty. She wants to charge me $10 and I told her that was crazy. I would not and she refused to wash my car. Please see photos. The car was just washed a few days ago. This nasty woman barely spoke English. I believe you'll see the photos of my car for denying the access on something I paid for was unreasonable. Decided to try them since McKinley had long line (like they always seem to have) as I was short on time. $36 for a small SUV, so not any cheaper - but once home I noticed it was cleaner - but not clean. Woman was nice at the entrance though - but I most likely will not be returning. If it was cheaper, I could deal with it - but not at this price. Next door is better for about the same price. I saved nothing but time. Actually, I lost time as I will need to run it thru McKinley another day soon. read more

Have a 2 door Jeep, it's smaller than all 4 door cars, but they want to charge higher SUV price. They didn't at the old car wash, they do it now. I backed out and went next door, same price and they super clean it, no extra markup for Jeep. SMH read more

I don't know, I guess my experience isn't as bad as others. Time is money for me, so I do like that you can get in and out of this place quickly. Maybe it's not as detailed as McKinley, but I also hate spending an hour at McKinley when I can be in and out of this place in 5 minutes. The difference is negligible. I don't like that they ask you to tip before you go in though, making it awkward. I do tip workers, I just don't like being asked in a vulnerable situation where I'm judged for it. The guys who dry your car off have always been nice though. read more

First off, the place is over priced, and there is literally a car wash next door. Here's some damage I received from the wash. A conversation with the staff about the damage was pointless, was accused of causing damage myself, old damage. The pictures definitely tell that story...looks like a rock chip right? Was able to get the manager or owners number, his name is Bill. Called, had conversation, sent over photos, couple hours, text message that completely denies possibility of damage from the wash. There are cameras at the front I said, let's look at the footage, completely ghosted. Several individuals from my insurance tried to contact, after a phone call, he never replied to them either. This place is probably going out of business, cutting corners, refusing accountability, out of touch prices, and an owner or manager that doesn't really care about the customer. read more

I drove in for a wash and wax and was told the wax is ceramic. Cost was $36. Car wash was a short drive through a machine and then supposed to be hand-dried. End result: Car is still dirty in the nooks like between rear mirror and car body and base trim of the car. Spots were not scrubbed prior to entry into the machine. Upon exit, all the towels used to dry were wet and left water streaks. I asked the drying guy to over some of the wetter spots with a drier towel. He searched through his pile and went over one spot I pointed to then stopped. He obviously didn't want to go through the hassle and looked really salty. There were no other cars but mine there. Wax was definitely not ceramic. Results look like regular wax. After a rain, quite a bit of dirt remained on the car as with regular waxing. What a rip off. Don't pull in- this is the most expensive carwash around the block and they do a poor job at actually cleaning. After driving thru the wash, they do a wipe down and I stepped out and notice there was still spots, - I informed the 2 workers but they said they only dry not wash cars. Expensive but worth it if short on time and looking for mini-detailing! I paid $70+tip for detailing and it was done in 35 minutes. They did a better job than the previous place I used to go to, the Boss Lady made sure of it. Would have been 5 star if it wasn't for the fact that they put all my mats back in the wrong place. I had to touch them and put them back in the right place when I got home. Also wasn't sure if Boss lady was saying extra $5 for each mat cleaning or for all the mats so I declined (could have cost another $40!) I'll be coming back though. read more

One of the most unfairly maligned places in my honest opinion, it's significantly faster and more convenient than any other car wash, probably 5x faster than the other ones on the same street that get recommended. Price could be better, sure, but the speed and convenience makes this one my choice. As for rude workers, I've had just as negative experiences at other car washes with attitude from workers who take significantly longer, and also there are many days there is a man, not a woman manning the pay station and he is very nice, so again, I think this place isn't perfect but it'll always be my first choice for a car wash in town. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped by for a quick, regular wash but the woman at the front insisted it wasn't available and kept pressuring me to upgrade to a premium wash. She even brought over two workers just to tell them not to clean the hood of the car. On top of that, she had the nerve to ask for a bigger tip before any service was even provided. I was shocked!! It's my clouded vision I chose this visit... When you have two business side by side you see what the hype as many have low tolerance for patience though for the service, value and quality is what we all certainly crave. Since I've never given them a try more so they're always closed whenever I'm in the area for spritz, day after day my ride was looking in such despair it's quite embarrassing and I seriously was desperate. Finally got the chance and just wasn't in the mood to wait I decided to give them a try...never again! You drive up and there's a girl manning the kiosk assuming I've been here before and looked disappointed that I haven't didn't guide me at all to as I had to choose and press the buttons all the selection myself and had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a $3 tip for the guys who will wipe down upon exiting the car wash...no! $20 for the basic wash no wax and if you car is very dirty it will be rejected or probably pay extra and I felt like mine was on the fence with that though if you have large vehicle you'll be charged for the Platinum of $27 which is insane as all cars are going through the wash the same! In the end I took my car for a long overdue spa treatment and sadly it didn't get the full moment it deserves but is clean at the moment so my vision is clear and so is my though on this experience. read more

Needed a quick car wash after parking under a big tree . They were very fast and efficient. Platinum wash for my compact vehicle was $27. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Went here for the first time. McKinnley was packed and I didn't want to wait. Drove up to what I think is a menu of choices only to be told by the attendant that I had to get the $27 one because I had an SUV. There was only one guy doing the pre-scrub of the tires. The car wash machines were so strong that it flipped my side mirrors in the other direction! I thought it had broke or something. There were 2 guys drying it up. Got to the mall and was able to see the missing areas that the scrubber and machines didn't get. Kind of disappointing knowing that I paid $27 plus $5 tip for a sub standard wash that could've been done for better & cheaper at the gas station. There was no vacuuming included. read more

Rude lady at the service machine! Refused to explain what we were getting for a $36 car wash. Couldn't understand her poor use of English language plus she had a face mask on. When I asked her to repeat the offerings, she very sarcastic and said "I told you already"! She turns and looks the other way. I ask to speak to her manager, she totally ignores me with no answer! I pull out my phone to take her picture and she hides herself in the office booth with her on! "I told her I was going to make her famous today!" She ran out of the booth and to another building! The two boys who were rinsing tires, refused to help me! The other boy drying cars pointed to the lady and said she's the boss! The lady ran around the building and went back into the booth! I told her call the boss, she was on the phone. We got no help from her! Only a cocky and sarcastic attitude! She refused to explain what $36 car wash included! Don't waste your time and money there! Very shady operation with no car wash menu posted with prices. She has a shabby price (5 different prices) paper held in place with tape. I went there years ago and it was operated by a very good and friendly company (Bubbles). Today it is shabby and it looks like a dilapidated mess! On the edge of going out of business. I have been using this car wash since it first opened under the first owners, and even though the cost shot up to $27 for their most basic wash, I still tried to go today (Sunday, March 8th around 2:30pm). I finally get up to the machine, which the current owners have taken to putting an employee to do all the payment and choosing instead of having the customer choose. No problems at all with my slightly dirty compact car, and I have always gotten the cheapest $27 (ridiculous price) wash option before. Well, the shockingly rude woman at the orderachine told me it would be $36. I look to see that the $36 is a prewash option clearly labelled for SUVs, trucks and larger cars. The big word "compact" was directly over the $27 wash. I asked for just the $27 wash, and the rude employee told me, "No, you need the prewash, look at how dirty your car is." For the record, it had been a whopping 2 weeks since my last wash elsewhere and there was just the standard driving dirt from driving on the highways, not off-roading or construction sites or anything. I asked the INCREDIBLY RUDE employee why it has to be a prewash, and she immediately went off on me about how she doesn't know why it says that on the machine (compact for the $27 option), and then tells me that I can "either wash or not wash the car, that's my business." Then she walks away to sit in her booth and ignore me. I literally sat there in shock at the AUDACITY and outright BULLYING behavior for a few seconds. Thank goodness there was no car behind me, because I just backed up and drove away. Never getting another cent of my money ever again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Been coming here since they opened because it's one of the few car washes in town where you don't need to get out of your car. Service has always been decent, however very inconsistent. I usually pay for the $20 gold wash, which is the cheapest option they have. About a month ago, I went in & the boy working told me that my toyota corolla was too big to be considered for the gold wash & that I had to get the premium wash, which was $27. 1 thought it was strange, but just got the premium anyway. I went back 2 weeks later & the gold wash was available for my car. So weird! Today, I went back & the gold wasn't even available as a choice on the selection screen. So it's just completely gone now?? Ain't no way I'm paying $27 (not including tip) for a car wash every time. Safe to say, due to inconsistency & pricing, I'll be taking my car elsewhere for a wash or just washing it myself. read more

Every time I come here for a BASIC wash, the workers ALWAYS ALWAYD ALWAYS try to upsell me to do the more expensive wash. They try to say it's NEEDED but i tell them no. This time I even jokingly said "I can't afford the expensive one". And she said sorry you HAVE to do it. And I said you know what let me reverse out of here cuz I can't afford. She said okay... The last few years I've been washing my car by hand at home, but a recent day it looked extra dirty and I didn't have the time or energy so I treated it to a wash. I remembered coming to this location for a Yelp event, but saw the name and ownership had changed. We had a great experience here, and despite other reviews to the contrary, it was worth the price. This is an automatic car wash with machines doing most of the work. Despite this, they had 4 employees doing tasks, which is great to see. We pulled in and didn't have to wait long. An attendant at the payment kiosk talked us through the options, differences, and we chose the basic service (no forced up-charges). This was $20, which for the time and energy savings was well worth it. Another attendant guided us to the track and used pressure washers on both sides of the car to start the process. He then guided us to the conveyor and off we went. Powerful brushes, soap, and jets washed the car with a dryer at the end. There, two more attendants dried the car with rags and did not rush through the process. Tipping here is optional, but we felt warranted. At home, I did need to manually clean areas inside the doors/trunk both to access places the wash missed and also to get rid of the dirty water. As this took less than 5 minutes, I was really happy with going here. They offer monthly passes for people that need their car constantly cleaned, but for us the pay-as-you-go is enough. We'll definitely be back for future washes. read more

Paid for premium wash and the chain broke so I couldn't even go through car wash. I was already loaded on the track so they made me reverse, which caused a huge noise - so I'm guessing that reversing could not have been good for my tires. One of the employees (older woman worker) told me that I broke the chain - which is a ridiculous way to phrase it considering they directed me onto it and gave me the thumbs up before their own system gave out. To their credit, they did hand "wash" and hand dried my vehicle. But you could tell they were in a rush and missed a bunch of bird poop around my vehicle - which the person I paid specifically told me the premium wash would address. Not supporting your business anymore because overpriced and scamming. The few times I wash car there was $27, today I was charged $36 because "car was too dirty ". First time I do the vacuum, $9 for doing the job myself is a bad deal, on top of that the vacuum was very weak. I paid $45 for a 2 minutes or less wash inside the tunnel, a quick wipe off by two guys in the front, and I sweat under the sun for 20 minutes trying to vacuum with a cheap machine (the yellow one), and when the person in front of me was done I switch to the other machine that was a bit better. Only reason I used your service is because the line in the car wash next door was way too long and I really like having my car clean, I never let my car get too dirty, but $45 for me having to do most of the cleaning is not a good service. read more

Not sure why they even offer a $20 car wash when they're going to upsell (actually force) the tires to make it $27 anyways. For the $7 I expected the initial power wash guy to really spray my rims but he did a cursory once over and just touched my windows with the extended brush that he dunked in the black water filled bucket. Save it and go to McKinley or drive west side. I added the $3 tip pre wash. When the dryer guys "finished" drying they gave me stink eye when they realized they weren't getting an additional tip from me. read more

This lady in the front is hella rude and shady. Looking at other reviews this is pretty common. I reversed out and went to Mckinley car wash next door. I brought my brand new jeep wrangler in for a cash war and their machine literally ripped my mirror off. The attendant at the time insisted it was not their fault and that the mirror must have been broken before. Total BS. We reached out to the owner and he never responded. Do not use this business.
