Went on vacation right in the middle of our process, said he'd still be contactable but didn't respond once until he returned to work. Didn't bother transferring our case to someone else to handle in his absence. Didn't end up closing on time and ended up having to stay at a relatives over the entire weekend with our pets, and all our possessions in a Uhaul until we could close and get the keys the following Monday which also costed us more at closing. And didnt even offer so much as an apology. As a first time buyer, I was disgusted at his lack of consideration for the stressful nature of buying a home. Zero urgency. Zero professionalism.

My biggest gripe with Fidelity is that it isn't always convenient. There hours could definitely be expanded by a bout an hour or two each day and it would make for a much better banking experience. Also, specifically this location, I came in today and there were no pens to fill out the deposit slip. When I mentioned it to the teller, he said he knew and it has been like that for a few days. Talk about shitty service.
