I have had 2 lumbar surgeries, one cervical spine…read moresurgery, 2 shoulder surgeries and I have seen many doctors in the practice, but they have gotten too big over the years and a lot greedier. Every time slot is booked with 3-4 patients per doctor and there have been times where I waited over 2 hours to see someone as a result. I had an appointment this morning, first thing, hoping to avoid the usual delays, but they called all 4 of us with 9 am appointments for the same doctor into the room at the same time, and despite being there 20 minutes before the other 3 people, I was seen last. I can no longer come to a practice where they don't value my time. Triple and quadruple booking is an insult to patients in my opinion.

He acted as if I had nothing wrong. I went basically to establish a relationship knowing that I wound need surgery in near future because I like Connecticut orthopedics having had good experience before. I also like their surgical center. Well Dr . Moran suggested a brace and some ointment, not even mentioning a cortisone shot. He ended the visit in a few minutes not even telling me the ointment or suggesti g fitting me for a brace knowing I can't wear a brace for work. Low and behold I didn't have a good experience and I'm going back to my original doctor who did my other thumb with success and diagnosed this one the same way.

I find the staff in Guilford very attentive in both executing my rehab plan, and in listening to feedback from me on my exercises at home and at the facility to continually adapt my therapy. They are very personable and are obviously very technical in their trade! My specific therapy relates to a longstanding chronic back pain issue and their staff's targeted plan has resulted in a significant improvement in my overall pain level.
