There is a nice assortment of refreshments while you wait for your services. My aesthetician, Meghan, gave me a thorough repairing facial. Hold on to your hat, because this will be lengthy. Today was my first facial, I never knew what I was missing! I was greeted warmly by Jordan who set up my service and got me all settled at the end. She was very helpful with product questions and overall super pleasant! I wasn't sure how I would feel with my face being touched. BUT NOW, I would pay for a weekly facial!! Megan was amazing today! She explained the facial and gave me step by step info throughout. Her strokes were relaxing and invigorating. The exfoliating layer of the facial was my favorite, and I just wanted the scrubbing to last forever! Megan was excellent with product knowledge and selecting the products that work best with my skin. She was through and very sweet! I also had a consult with Rebecca, their ARNP, who specializes in lasers, Botox, and other treatments. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions. I have been here several times and LOVE the customer service!!! My nail techs were very friendly and gave very nice hand and feet massages. My polish wasn't even gel and still lasted a very long time with no chipping! They always offer drinks and even have snacks if you want in the relaxation to. It's clean and nicely decorated. The sauna and steam room was nice. Everyone is just very friendly and the services provided are worth the price! I went to this spa for Mother's Day. I had on gel polish. They charged $25 to remove. Cost $50 extra to remove toe and nail polish. Prices are ridiculous and limited on color choices. Worst nail job I ever had!!! They charged me 40 dollars for a filling (most places, you pay 30 for a full set). Instead of using shellac as top coat, they used the cheap nail polish top coat, had to wait like an hour without doing anything so I wouldn't mess up the French. From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted and walked to the dressing room. I had a mimosa waiting for me... who doesn't love a mimosa?! I had no idea what to expect when it came to facial let alone a waterless pedicure. It was literal heaven. Meghan was so knowledgeable and informative. She used crystals during the massage and explained everything she was doing in the moment. I loved it. Luz did my pedicure with reflexology massage. Again, heaven. Visited this spa for the first time to get a spray tan. I called 4 days before for my appointment, when I got there, they had no idea who I was and don't have an appt scheduled for me. Thankfully, they squeezed me in right before another client, however they seemed a bit stressed and a little rushed. The woman who did the spray tan wasn't very personable and I don't feel like she did a great job at being very precise. I let my spray tan set over night and washed off the next morning, unfortunately you can barely tell that I even got a spray tan. I leave for vacation in the morning so I guess I'll have to use my own sunless tanner from home. Won't be returning. read more

This place is very unprofessional and managed by very rude people including the OWNER! We had a truly the most unpleasant experience ever! We came for a sauna and steam room. We arrived at 6:00 pm and no one at the front desk notified us that the place is closing at 7!!! The sauna was cold and it took us at least 30 minutes to get it ready. At 7 pm stuff came to us and ask to wrap up since they are closing! At the check out when we asked for a discount for not proving the full service and enjoinment, stuff and the owner refused to even talk to us about this.! Moreover, the lady at the front desk said that we ate their free refreshments ( that was offered to us to enjoy) and this is why she is charging us the full price. That was cheap and funny!!! You should look for better services somewhere else!!!!! Especially for the price you are about to pay! Good luck! read more

Went to Bartram about a week ago for a massage service and ended up having a blowdry styling afterwards with a hairdresser named Kimmy. Based upon the styling I booked a color and haircut with Kimmy for the next day. I was so excited about going brunette after being blonde for about a year. My husband was excited, too. Especially since Kimmy said that she used all natural, organic hair color so it would be gentle on my hair, "conditioning" is what she said. After $300 spent on just hair, four hours in the salon (made me one hour late for work), a fried head of hair which ended up a dark blonde and not anywhere near brunette and the worst haircut of my entire life, I was in tears. Now I am a tough broad and I do not cry, especially about hair, but my hair is STILL fried. I ended up going to Kimberly Clarke in San Marco who had made me a brunette, but had to take off 4 inches from my hair and said my hair would be in good shape after the next two cuts. read more
