After reviewing my documents and evidence, I was told the firm could take my case and was given a breakdown of costs, including a $4,000 upfront fee. After I called back the same day to proceed with payment, I requested clear points of contact for communication. That was not provided, and instead I had to repeatedly call and even visit the office in person just to get basic updates. Phone calls felt like they went through a call center with constant redirection, and communication was very disorganized. Over time, I continued following up because there were no meaningful updates on my case. During this period, I was also charged for phone conversations despite the lack of progress or clarity. Eventually, after multiple delays and after being told the attorney was on vacation, I was finally scheduled to come into the office. When I met with Attorney Dominic and paralegal Nayeli, the meeting began with, "What are we here for today?"--which was concerning given I had already gone through intake and paid. At that meeting, I was then told the firm could not take my case after all. This directly contradicted what I was told during the initial consultation. When I questioned this, I was given unclear and inconsistent explanations, including that no one recognized the prior approval or conversation. At that point, I had already invested significant time trying to communicate with the office and traveling there multiple times. I also received only a partial refund, despite no actual work being done on my case. Overall, my experience felt disorganized, lacking in communication, and unprofessional. I hope this helps others set clear expectations when considering this firm. They deserve to be reported to the bar.

Esta…read morefue la segunda ocasión en que contraté sus servicios --la primera vez fue para reponer mi tarjeta de residencia, y esta vez para tramitar mi ciudadanía-- y en ambas ocasiones experimenté una falta de compromiso y seguimiento por parte de su equipo. Durante el proceso, nunca se me brindó una guía clara ni un acompañamiento adecuado. La comunicación solo era inmediata cuando se trataba de los pagos, pero jamás se preocuparon por informarme qué esperar en cada etapa, verificar si tenía dudas o si necesitaba apoyo, especialmente para prepararme para el examen de ciudadanía. Solo tuve contacto con el abogado en dos ocasiones: durante la consulta inicial y en mi primera cita en inmigración. En ningún momento se me preguntó si me sentía preparado para la entrevista, ni se ofrecieron recursos más allá de unos papeles básicos que me entregaron únicamente porque yo mismo les expresé que no sabía qué debía estudiar. Toda la preparación la hice por mi cuenta, recurriendo a videos y redes sociales. Considero que, al contratar un abogado, uno espera precisamente asesoría, respaldo, y claridad en el proceso. Al llamar a la oficina, me informaron que le pasarían el mensaje al abogado y que él me contactaría, pero quien me llamó fue una asistente, Lupita. Al preguntarle por qué el abogado no se presentó, su respuesta fue tajante: dijo que como no pasé mi primera entrevista, ya no tenían responsabilidad conmigo, y que eso se me había informado oportunamente. Afirmó incluso que el abogado me lo había dicho directamente en mi primera cita. Esa declaración es falsa. Jamás se me notificó que ya no contaba con su representación legal. Mi esposa estuvo presente en esa cita y puede confirmar que lo único que se dijo fue que no pasé la parte escrita del examen y que tendría tres meses para prepararme para una nueva entrevista. En ningún momento se habló de que el abogado dejaría de representarme ni recibí seguimiento alguno después de esa cita. La actitud de Lupita fue clara: la segunda cita no estaba "incluida en mis costos". Pero como cliente, merezco claridad desde el inicio, comunicación constante y respeto. Lamentablemente, no recibí nada de eso. Gracias a Dios hoy pasé mi examen --pero no gracias a ellos. Fue gracias a mi familia, que me ayudó a buscar los recursos necesarios para estudiar por mi cuenta. Es muy triste que uno pague a un profesional esperando asesoría, respaldo y orientación, y lo dejen completamente solo. No se trata de que hagan todo el trabajo por uno, pero sí de que cumplan con su responsabilidad de guiar al cliente durante un proceso legal tan importante. El colmo fue hoy, en mi segunda cita: el abogado nunca se presentó. Estuve a punto de perder la entrevista por su ausencia. Al llamar a la oficina, solo me atendió una asistente (Lupita), quien me dijo tajantemente que ya no me representaban porque no pasé la primera entrevista y que supuestamente se me había informado. Eso nunca ocurrió. Mi esposa estuvo conmigo ese día y puede confirmar que jamás se nos dijo que el abogado dejaría de acompañarme en el proceso.
