On Memorial Day, I had an appointment with Seena to have my hair cut and permed. When she…read moreoriginally made the appointment, she nor I realized it was the holiday. She reached out to me prior to the appointment to make sure I was still planning on coming and did not try to reschedule when I told her I was still able to come. Seena is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I had decided to cut my waist long hair to a length much shorter. She suggested we start longer than what I originally planned to ensure that I had no regrets with cutting it too short. She also said she would give me a week to decide if I wanted it shorter and would cut it at no additional charge. Also, I had highlights and Seena educated me about possible damage that could occur if I had my hair permed. She explained everything clearly and when I decided to take my chances with a perm, Seena used a perm that was specifically formulated for treated hair. I walked out of the salon with a great spiral hairdo. Good news is, my hair was not damaged. Bas news is, my hair didn't take the perm! The top layer of my hair lost the curl within 24 hours.(Had not washed, brushed or combed it) I sent Seena photos so she could see what was going on. She asked for me to come in the following week and she would redo the perm. When I arrived for my follow-up appointment, Seena was shocked at just how flat my hair went. She examined my hair and conversed with another experienced beautician about my options. She informed me that she did not feel comfortable doing another perm until my hair had grown out enough that the old highlights could be cut and a stronger perm could be used. I did choose to have Seena cut an additional 6" off my hair.(wasn't as heavy any longer, but the return of the curl was only temporary.) Seena refunded the ENTIRE amount! I will definitely be returning to get that perm I wanted! Although it was an unfortunate chain of events, Seena automatically made it right! It's obvious that she is a proud business owner who cares about her client's hair and wants my business in the future. She has definitely earned it!

Took 9 minutes total to do but while I was getting the haircut I was kinda skeptical on how it was being cut. I'm not a professional but it didn't feel right. When it was done I looked in the mirror and it looked fine to me at the time but then I got home and really looked at it and it is definitely NOT even. Julio answered the phone and I asked how much a cut and style would be for my mother. He stated it would be $24.00. My mom was blown away. Julio spoke with her about how long he has been in the business for over 17 years and it clearly shows. My mom felt like a million bucks when she left the salon. I called to make an appointment. It was my first time ever to that place and I saw that I had some…read moregood reviews so when I called a lady answered, and when I said, I wanted to make an appointment and then I was from here she was letting me know, that appointments are online and that I have to pick a stylist but she was very aggressive sounding and when I it's fine I could do it online so she wouldn't be frustrated with me. She proceeded to be insistent on just finishing up while I was on the phone and by that time I didn't want to get a haircut there anymore because of the attitude over the phone.
