He was on time and gave me a verbal estimate right then. He seemed very knowledgeable and did the repairs well and in a reasonable amount of time. The final bill came in below his estimate. The repaired parts of the house look great. I will certainly call him again the next time something breaks and recommend him to my friends.

Originally I had him install a water main shutoff and I liked him so much I had him replace the main stack and rough in plumbing throughout the house. From this point on I realized what a lousy businessman Randy is. During his initial time here giving me an estimate he told me he would get the necessary permits and I don't need to worry. When you call R and R Plumbing you will reach Randy's wife Dawn. If you call there in the morning she will answer the phone, but is always pre occupied talking to her crew and complaining about how busy she is. If you call in the afternoon Dawn may or may not answer and if she does she is "away from her desk" and may or may not return your call. Randy was very quick to say he could find a better toilet that I could buy in store. I said ok great do you have a picture because I don't want just any toilet? Nope. "I will have the guys pull one out of the box and have Dawn send you a pic" That never happened. Even after asking a second and third time, I said the hell with it and found one myself. Moving along, I wanted a washtub installed in the basement and it was the same line as before. "I can find you one way better than you can find in the store" Okay great get me one. That never happened either. Not only did Dawn keep sending me an invoice for $100 or so that I had already paid and previously disputed, I repeatedly asked her for my current invoice. She said I should have gotten it but she would "look into it and get back to me" As you can probably guess by now, that didn't happen either. I had to call her again to request it be sent again AND ask her about the permit Randy said he would get. I had to ask because by this time I was fed up and hired a new plumber. This is where the story takes a nice turn. I have never done a renovation before and it would have been nice to be told that I needed to have an inspection done by the city. I am guessing he didn't mention it because he never got the permits they told me they would. When I called him out on this to Dawn she gave me some lame story about how she rubs elbows with the people that work for the city and its "actually not a big deal" She told me worse case scenario I would get a small fine, no big deal. Obviously she doesn't have an attorney because mine assured me that was NOT the case. Moving along, she LIED to me AGAIN on the phone and said Randy just took care of it. She asked if I would like to schedule more work and I said no thank you. After having a quality plumber look at Randy's crappy work he rolled his eyes and said "this is not good" The main stack had been hacked so many times it looked like a kid took 50 pieces of random pipe and glued them together. After telling the new plumber what I was doing in the bathroom he said he has know idea wtf Randy's plan was but he would have to redo all his work. This included replacing the stack again and properly roughing in the bathroom with the rest of the work I needed finished. He pointed out pipes glued together crooked and even broken fittings. I wouldn't recommend Randy to work on ANYTHING! Call ANYONE besides R and R Plumbing. I wish I had, it cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

He called when he got to our tenant's place and called again when he left so I know generally when they were in and out. A voice mail would actually be appreciated since I normally don't pick up numbers I don't know (but now I have his number saved for future references!) Our tenant's bathroom fan was not working, most of the face plates were either broken or popped out, and one of the smoke alarm was not working anymore. We originally bought some supplies for him so that he can use them but because we got the wrong supplies, he willingly went and bought the supplies to fix all of the above. Of course, we were charged accordingly. Kyle followed through to see if we needed another electrical aspect fixed (but we refused for the time being). Eventually, my husband and I got a chance to check out his (and his apprentice's) work and it looked very good. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews, but Kyle does good work and I definitely recommend him. They are in Neenah but serviced the Menasha area too. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work!

I had Don replace a primary sump pump for me in 2018. After having flooding in prior homes, I did…read morenot want this to happen again. Don suggested a Hydro-powered back-up pump. With a reasonable cost, I had him put in the primary and back-up pumps. After that, I had the confidence to finish my basement as a recreation room. After 8 years, my primary pump died. (This was the time in spring of 2026 when everywhere there was flooding in Wisconsin.) Thank goodness I had put in that hydro-powered back-up. . If I hadn't had the back-up, my entire basement would have been ruined! Even though I could have gone days with out adding a new primary pump, Don was there the next day! Now we are discussing replacing a toilet upstairs and installing a new bathroom in the basement. The quotes so far sound like something I could do. I highly recommend Don and his crew for any of your electricity, plumbing and bathroom framing needs!
