My dad bought a bunch of appliances from this business. The most recent purchase was a washer and dryer. They said they would hook it up, though my dad told them not to change the gas line. They insisted, and immediately after leaving, the house filled up with the smell of gas. Thankfully my dad knew how to fix it. He told them, and they didn't seem to care or apologize.... Then a part went bad on the freezer they bought there. They waited 7-8 months for the parley to come in. My dad went to the store, talked to the sales manager. The sales manager said they had fired the whole install crew. My dad recognized one of the men in the store. Then he stood up. He said he was done with the store. After spending several thousands of dollars, he found out the store was untrustworthy and they lie. He tried supporting small businesses, but this business didn't seem to care.
