Everyone is delightful, as Germans always are. The hospitality is as good as the wine, which is amazing. I enjoyed the vegetarian "Cordon Błue" and was blown away. Seriously great! The meats are outstanding, should you desire. I have never had wine fresh from the barrel. Well. A "glass" is actually a small pitcher and the wine tastes fresh. A slight bite to it, and definitely worth trying. So there you have it. A gem.
