I have gotten the best service here every time I've come! Just yesterday, at least four different…read morewomen helped me and my sister, including two having an entire conversation with my sister and I on the floor about their favorite items throughout the store. It was really fun actually! However, as the stores gotten quite a bit larger, I can never find what I want in my size! So, when I can't find what I need, I've started grabbing exactly what I want and heading straight to the dressing room! They've been able to help me find my size, or at least a sister size, every time!

This store is going downhill and going down fast! These girls are always nothing but disrespectful…read morebrats! I went in this afternoon and was not greeted or even talked to until I was ready to try on. I initiated the conversation by asking to get a fitting room and the blonde girl sighed, looked up from her phone as if I was bothering her and said that they were closed because the lock didn't work on the doors. Which was weird to me because my mother came in just 20 minutes before I did. Seemed to me like all she wanted was to be on her phone and not to work. I have spent so much money here but this will be the last time I will be going in there until they get employees who can treat guests with respect!! 02/12/2025 In the evening when I arrived to meet with my…read morefamily to shop. Immediately I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable as I approached my mother and older sister were already in line. The man at the register seemed to be saying something into his radio/earpiece. Not only that man at the register but it seemed the Security Guard (I'm guessing) who was at the self-checkout seemed to be giggling about something. Now I wish it was just me but I was having a pretty good day and it felt as if I was being avoided. The man at the register left and let a young woman take over. Seeing as I got there a little late to meet up with them to shop. We had gotten out of line to continue to look around the store to leave together. Moments after we got back in line the SG notified everyone that if we had left than X items we could go to self-checkout. Seeing as we did we went ahead and moved. The same thing happens the SG was laughing and seemed to be talking into the radio/earpiece and called over the Young woman to take over at the self-checkout. I confided in my sister and mother about it, they agreed that something was strange. So it was not just me imagining it. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience. The young woman was kind and I appreciated her kindness.
