Drop in was only $10 and it was good until midnight. So if I wanted a two a day session, that would have worked. That's pretty cool. I've never been to a Golds so I'm not too familiar with the basics of each facility. This gym was huge. They could have easily fit more equipment in there, which I think they should. I only saw 3 benches and only one was not an adjustable incline. The incline benches are too tall for me, so I'm glad no one was using the one I needed. Pulleys and free weights we're in great shape, not battered. I appreciated having solid benches. Some places I go to are wiggly and it makes for an interesting inclinded overhead press. Anywho.... Thanks for being there Gold's and thanks for the easy and cheap dropping in! Next time in town I'll stop in. It's good to know there's options when you don't want to take time off from training.

I left the gym just over a couple years ago because of this and because of 2 members who tried became aggressive toward me and another female member who harassed men and stalked me with her cell phone and camera.The owners of the gym are good to work with though and I think they were kept in the dark by some staff. I did inform one employee and 2 others as to some events. It is a good gym for equipment. It is sad the good experience was later ruined.

I love the fitness classes most of which are free to members. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 1 1/2 hours of daycare is free when you are working out. Other gyms you have to pay extra. Great sports programs for the kids, my daughter is doing indoor soccer right now and she loves it. I gave it 4 stars due to some of the Zumba classes. Jen is great, but I wasn't impressed with Betsy's class. Ashley is amazing but had to quit due to other priorities which is why I go to her personal class across town. NOTE: YMCA offers scholarship membership to low-income families. You don't get that anywhere else ... that I know of.

And the office is closed no staff is there. Oh here is the best part. They don't answer the phone when you call either. That's really great. Thanks for legit nothing. For a gym that is more expensive than all of the competitors they sure act like they don't have to do anything.
