I had to call multiple times to have the closing documents sent just two days before the closing was scheduled, because the paralegal went to lunch and forgot to send the documents. After the closing, "Sayer Regan & Thayer" ignored my pleas for help when the wire transfer did not go through properly. My attorney refused to help solve the problem or to put me in touch with someone who could help. He behaved as though I was inconveniencing him with my request for assistance stating that "we have done everything possible on our end". This was hugely disappointing and I had to keep looping in more attorneys from the firm into an email thread, begging for help until one of them took pity on me and responded. Then, "Sayer Regan & Thayer" defended the process they were following for the wire transfer in spite of the fact they broke the rules of the receiving bank; which had to break protocol and accept the deposit; otherwise, I would have been out of luck.

She was wildly offensive and unapologetic. She's probably the entire reason for one star. Overall, the lawyers were fine and were quick to answer my questions. However they forgot a few pages of signatures and my bank had to retransmit the documents to me for corrections. But they assisted in accomplishing the overall goal.
