No delays, no pressure, just clear info. Chad told me about the free 3 wheel classes so I could learn safely. I didn't know about that option. Already signed up! I went to the dealership and was met with a bunch of super nice people who showed me everything. From the Rykers down to the gloves, I got great info to help make this big decision. I chose the Ryker Rally, and the deal was made. Easy all the way around! I'd never ridden before so they offered to deliver it so I would not have to drive an hour home with it my first day. My friend drove it home and I started learning immediately. I'm two days in now, been driving all over the neighborhood and I absolutely love it! I could not be happier with my new Ryker! Henry was VERY accommodating and let me know that they could fit me in that day ASAP and that while I wait, I could enjoy the birthday bash - great surprise as I thought it was the following weekend. Moving forward, I didn't have a 'printed' copy of my insurance card and Russell was kind enough to let me send to his email & print it for me as well as keeping me informed for the 5 hours I was there. Which brings me to Mike Wolf, the tech who worked on my bike endlessly to get it right so it passed inspection with the help of Brandon/Service Mgr. allowing the extra time/labor to get those ridiculous brakes passed. I also had MAJOR moral support from the new fella, Jeff ! I would not have made it through those 5 hours without ANY of them! KUDOS and thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

These guys are all motorcycle mechanics, and they're all easy to talk too. It's the kind of shop where if they make a mistake they'd be the first to tell you and make things right. Totally comfortable taking any motorcycle here. There were no issues with the tire change; they even cleaned the rims and lubed the chain no charge. Attention to detail was top notch, and the prices. The prices were fair and reasonable but honestly for this level of service you'd be willing to pay more because this is quality all the way around. Clear communication from start to finish.

I recently moved to the area and had my first car breakdown ever; accelerator stopped working. I had no idea how to get my car to a shop or what could be wrong -- I just needed to be able to commute to work hopefully soon. I tried two other shops before trying Bob's, one where I had to leave a message and they never got back to me, and another where they could only start working on my vehicle two days after it arrived. That wouldn't cut it. I was relieved to have Bob answer the phone, understand my urgency, and even have a tow truck available to pick up my car from my neighborhood lot. I was able to have my insurance arrange the delivery, though, and before the end of the day I had a diagnosis about a battery and alternator swap. The next day, the work was complete, and he offered to pick me up and bring me to his garage to fill out the paperwork. Sure enough, my car rolled up the next morning with Bob in the driver's seat. I'm so thankful to had had his open communication, professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for a 20-something with little vehicle expertise. I'm hoping with this car I won't have to reach out because of problems again, but I know exactly who to call when I need something done.

They found that the new condenser that was put in appeared to be bent. They took time to take pictures and explain in detail what it should look like. I was able to take my car back to the old shop for a proper replacement. They did great explaining my brake issue as well and all the steps I could take. They were very detailed and efficient.
