Living out of town we have wait around for the extra time. Today the two hour appointment took 5 1/2 hours and there was no break in price. Your time is unimportant to her. She has a captive audience and feels she can do as she pleases. You also have to pay in cash so she can avoid paying taxes. The haircuts for our pets have always been mediocre at best. She managed to cut my border collies leg last time. The really telling factor is when you pull up to her shop if the animals have been there before, they are terrified. My wife is quite a bit more diplomatic than I. If I wasn't tied up with work today I would have let her know how furious I was at her disregard for other peoples time and her crappy work.
